I would hope that the reason it was abandoned is that someone in her school/office had a chat with her, and even though her name doesn't seem to be on the blog, she's provided enough info to identify herself.

What annoys me about that test (and why I didn't know it was in /r/mensrights at first) was that it seems to be odd grammatically. Especially the first couple where you can pretty much just take the words in the original sentence and put them in a different order in 2nd.

True, it doesn't explicitly say "this guy did x, so let's kill him" like Boondock does in the trailer. Maybe it will in the actual movie? I think they're attempting a Boondock Saint's type of kill the bad guys vigilante/revenge sort of thing. With the cutting up scenes a la hostel/Dexter. This almost looks like a more bloody remake of Thelma and Louise or something. Have to wait and see for sure. I doubt it will do big numbers anyway, as this is the first I've heard of it and it's out in Feb.

New(ish) car? Are you still living with parents and on their insurance? Did you take a young drivers/drivers ed course to get the discount? Also, OP didn't state what level coverage he and the others involved had. IE OP could have full coverage and his friend may only have bare min. When I was 20, my insurance (on a 10 year old base model car) was 2k/year, and would have been around 3500/year if I would have been living on my own or not accepted under my parent's insurance. When I bought my first new car at 27, I still had to pay 1500/year and have had no accidents and only 2 tickets to that date.

Why does he "need" college? Is he going because it's expected or because he's looking to get a specific carrer training? If at all possible, don't go. Elibrin's #7 point is spot on, get out in the workforce for a while before going to college. It is harder, but it is still possible to start in the mailroom/docks and work up through a company. Again, depending on end goal/what field he wants to go in.
