"Horrible depression pits" is accurate.

Unless you are a man who in an 8-10 AND 6'+ AND your photos show you have money (well traveled, fancy weddings, etc) then you will have a tough time. I believe it's pretty well researched that 90% of women swipe on the top 10% of men even if those women are BBWs who are 5s AT BEST. Women, no matter how attractive they are, get TONS of attention from men on apps: they have inflated self worth and some women, imo, are on there just to get the dopamine hit of likes. I think some apps (if not all) h…

You don't? Why not? Guys who can really dance don't need to do anything else to pull women. You can be ugly, poor, a shitty conversationalist, whatever...if you can dance and have fun, women will be all over it.

For you in particular: you need to just get out more. Join a hiking club or kickball league. Study in the library or coffee shop. It's going to be really tough to meet people if you stay at home and cruise the apps every couple of months. In college I was terrified of getting out of my shell and now I really regret that. post college I decided to pursue some of the hobbies I was always interested in and made a bunch of friends that way. I had never really played volleyball in my life but joined …

Prestigious public school teacher here…probably hurts more than helps. Student loans and a used Toyota Corolla only gets you so far.

I’m going to be honest: The Game and Mystery introduced me to the term kino. Once I read about it, a lot clicked in how I had tripped into hookups before (inadvertent kino) and where I had gotten hung up (0 touch and then going in for a make out session at the end of the night and it being awkward). I was so inept but to be fair, I didn’t know what I didn’t know. The sole concept helped me so much. Peacocking and some of that may work well in Vegas, LA, NYC some places but it’s not going to fly …

And your post is? Stop acting like a clown…even if this is just Reddit. Start acting your age and expected maturity level.

You need to speak to a therapist. No one on Reddit can give you what you need.

Does Tyler Dryden have any sort of credentials as a self help person: like an education or training is psychology? Or does he just ride on his persona in The Game? Is Ross Jeffries still alive? He seemed old 20 years ago.

What ever happened to guys like Style, Mystery Tyler Durden...the whole crew from Neil's book?

You go for coffee because you're pretty busy and have some fun things to do... "Hey, why don't we grab coffee tomorrow at 11am? I am going ________ in the early afternoon though. But I'd love to take some time to see how we click." Or whatever the fuck you want to say. It's cheaper, low pressure, you sound like a busy, cool guy. And you have a built in time limit if it sucks.

Any woman who demands a guy be over 6'1" best be hot, rich and bisexual. Imagine being on a dating app as a guy and demanding some sort of physical aspect of woman like that? You'd be crucified and never get a date.

As others have said: be healthy and get to the gym. Have a good sense of humor. Hang out with guys who have similar interests: if you like the outdoors, join a hiking group. If you like board games, do that. Being kinky will help too…but that’s tough to force if you’re lights off and missionary primarily.

Women have plenty of dating challenges...your post gives no info to go on. How are people supposed to help you without providing lame generic advice? You can read Cosmo or some trash for that kind of advice.

This has to be a troll post. There is no actual info to offer any sort of guidance. I'm calling BS.

Bro, if those are really you're pictures then you are a very handsome guy. You need to talk to a therapist or something. You've got some major inner work to do on yourself based on this thread. I highly recommend you work on yourself. Get out and make yourself a better person: volunteer, join some adult sports leagues, join a book club, take on a new hobby, get to the gym...and if you really want to meet ladies - take a salsa dancing class and/or get your ass to some yoga classes (the same ones …

If you're going to approach a model, don't mention her looks at all.

I would say, just kinda nod your head and smile the first couple times...after you've recognized one another just say "hello" a few times...from there I would say kinda "run into her" waiting for a machine she's on or as you're leaving and just introduce yourself but don't come off as introducing yourself to hit on her. Make it seem like you'd do the exact same thing to a guy you see frequently, if that makes sense. You're just saying hello and being friendly. Then go from there. Like I said, it…

This is such a garbage view. Get over yourself and move on. You’re a better person now…stay that way without being a resentful dumbass.

You gotta play the LONG game at the gym, which is tough if you don't see her often.

Get to the gym and take up some new hobbies. That alone will help with the ladies and even more so with your confidence and happiness.

Ask sex workers who their most creepy clients are (setting aside any violent ones) I bet they are creeped out most by guys who can’t or won’t interact socially and instead focuses 100% on getting their dick sucked.

I was watching a documentary on Phil Hartman last night: famous guy who could get tons of ladies who was evidently an incredible friend. Every single person said he was shit at relationships. Had he not gotten murdered he certainly would have gotten his third divorce. Here’s a guy who was great in every way, even meeting women well before the game, who was horrible at relationships. The Venn Diagram for pickup and long term relationships definitely overlap, but it’s not as significant as we all …

Is this actually surprising to people here? Of course it happens, of course they don’t care and it’s probably because they are into her or do t like you. Nothing you can do about it but remain relaxed and move on with your conversation with her.

I question how many woman a man has had sex with if he refers to sex as “rearranging her guts”. I question his maturity level too…which leads me to question his ability to seduce women even more.

Regarding hot women in bed: I’m not attractive and am short but I’ve hooked up with a decent amount of women…three of those have been well above average, one was great in bed (though we had a deep emotional connection) and two were awful. Just boring and 0 effort. That doesn’t mean all hot girls are shit bed and the rest are great but as OP said: hot girls can get laid whenever they want on command pretty much and no one is going to set the straight if they suck in bed…so they have no reason to …

I’m not sure if I’m reading this correctly, I apologize if I’m not…but are you implying Brad Pitt is 100% looks? Because that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Then practice yoga. Being an excellent dancer will never stop giving, my man. You’ll be the man at clubs, weddings, etc.

I would almost say the friendships they make and the knowledge…even if it goes unused in real life.

One thing this post misses: some men enjoy the hobby of picking up women…that’s their extracurricular activity. (Should it be? That’s a different discussion), but in essence there are men who like “studying” pickup, they like the camaraderie and the challenge of trying new and different things. Again, this may not be the best approach but it is an activity some men enjoy more than other activities.

I’d say money first...but yeah, this is a good idea. Not just when dating but during many interactions.

You made a wise decision. It doesn't sound like she was really capable of making good decisions, don't prey on that ever. It's sketchy at best, sexual assault at worst.

I think OP should also note that even if you aren't interested in a woman, if you take interest in them genuinely and joke around, many women will assume that this means you want to fuck them...which is not always the case. I think that's why some guys are nervous about interacting with women at work in 2021. Many men are like, "I want to make work more tolerable by having a laugh or two with coworkers but I don't want this to be misinterpreted as 'I want to fuck you'".

Women want to be romanced. Not vice versa. But then again I don’t really want flowers or a bubble bath or rose petals on the bed.

Huh? Dude. I want what you're smoking. Money attracts people. Money will make women date/fuck/marry complete pieces of shit. It's not everything but if you're rich...you are starting way ahead.

You have to have other qualities working for you also...like being fun, having a sense of humor, staying active, having lots of interests. You often can’t have one sole quality to be an attractive person. And OP isn’t saying that you only need this one.

Being ugly does not make an Incel. An Incel is made by a shit attitude and no desire to change it and themselves.
