I’ve raised 5 kids for the last decade (essentially) alone, with the last two years completely solo because she left and went NC ( good riddance). Fuck yeah, I deserve all the love my kids give me every day

Same here! 15 years, 0 regrets. I can’t understand why men want to cover up obviously thinning domes. And I can’t fathom how much money is spent by humans to care for hair. I literally shave with a discount razor I buy in bulk. One box lasts a whole year. Sometimes I’ll let it grow out and use my clippers. I have a big beard too. And people say I look good! Like, genuinely, I get compliments and people say “well yeah YOU look good but....” and I’m like “no, it’s just a good healthy look if you d…

Again I disagree with you because you’re saying it’s harder because it’s more physical. If that’s the case men will always be getting paid more because they’re physically stronger. That’s not an equitable evaluation of job value, or at least I believe that and I think it’s fair to be able to argue that in court.

And learning to move boxes also takes days...equivalent skill set levels no?

That’s your argument. These folks are looking to argue that the measure of how physically demanding the job is is not the only measure of the value of the job. As a soft-boy architect, if we went by your rule I’d be getting paid a lot less than your post hole digger, but we know that’s not the case. So I have other skills that are valued, and these people are just seeking the right to raise the argument that way. “Bro, that’s way harder because I sweat more” is not an argument against pay equiva…

I dunno. I think you’re making too much out of the distinction. One job leverages strength, the other leverages social skills. The fact that the majority of one sex finds one job appealing doesn’t mean the jobs aren’t necessarily equivalently valued. And that’s what this ruling means - sure, you’re able to use this other job as a reference in your argument regarding pay equality. That’s it.

Thanks. Appreciate it. But NO THANK THE GODS she left me and my children to go live with another man and we all could not be happier with her decision. No contact in almost 2 years!!

fuck you too then. I am not virtue signaling, I'm calling out a bitch on being a bitch. MGTOW is suddenly about perpetuating old bullshit stereotypes to put down other humans? I thought it was about using "the resources and talents you would otherwise have spent on maintaining a relationship to improve your life, finding happiness and satisfaction." Tearing women down to make yourself feel better is bullshit. Just make yourself feel better, independent of knocking down others.

I subscribe to a lot of this sub’s theory, and I know this post was likely just a smarmy comment for laughs, but I also have musician daughters who are so fucking fierce and independent and make killer music that people around the world love so, kinda “fuck you” to you for perpetuating stereotypes like that.

Just shopped with my daughter for a great suit at Nordstrom’s with pants, jacket, bow tie, sharp shoes, etc. Had a wonderful time, she will look awesome at the prom with her girlfriend, who is wearing a beautiful dress. None of this had to come with dramatic declarations of sex and changes, she’s just a girl who likes girls and likes dressing in the clothing she likes. She’s also a brilliant culinary arts major, a killer drummer, and a sweet and loving daughter and sister.

I don't think it's sexist to have a place just for the ladies and one for the men. like the bathroom :)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
