I think we'll see first a mix of sex robots with augmented reality, since it will overcome the mechanical issues of true reality. So in the end, we can see it pretty much will push the current problem we have with porn and video games to a higher level, because of the intensity of the sexual addon coming from this combo. I believe it goes beyond the question of male female relations. Society is evolving into some extreme selective process, providing ever stronger addict material, tempting and te…

I guess every man is potentially a good man. Every man wasting themselves (via porn, video games or other drugs) is suppressing a potential good mate option from the men pool. That's the real shame for women i guess, men not sincerly trying their best. Whatever the reason they find to justify their surrendering.

Sex robots will take over, men won't need women anymore, women won't need men. Nobody left to blame, everybody awkwardly wondering how we got there.

Maybe they've lost faith in women? Not trying to blame anyone here, but it might be an overall educational problem, that needs to be taken care of together, since it translates eventually into lack of ltr men material for women. Sry if you don t like hearing that, but you might actually be forced to help with the major dependency problems young men are facing today, porn and games as you correctly pointed out. And btw, i think there are a lot of women who are very far from their max too, physica…

Except most men on tinder don't care about tasting good, they just need to be eaten.

There is a strong correlation, because it is the inhibition of emotions that gives space for logic and rationality. The more someone is able to block emotions, the more rational they can be. In some games like chess, highly based on logic, men clearly overcome women. People will sometimes argue that it's because boys are more likely to be attracted by those logic games/activities than girls, and they end up spending more time on it, and then getting better at it. But aren't we often attracted by…

This issue is very simple actually, there are as few nice guys as there are nice girls. That's all. So many girls being attracted and going for the not "nice" guys only reveals that they are not part of the "nice" girls themselves. It's just their nature, and they belong to where they are heading. I really don't get all the extra complication here. The only truth is that it's very hard to find nice people, independently of the gender.

Important to note that this study focused on speed dating. That can partially explain the weight of physical traits.

I would not say high quality, more like better seduction skills, which are a very specific subset of skills, along with the pursuit of superficial sequence of fucking. One can be a very average or even low ranked individual, if they have a good understanding of how basic female psyche works, combined with a good vision of where the market is, they can "score" way more than their equivalent pairs would. That won't make them better quality men, they just will be able to trick more women for a shor…

It disagrees with the idea that people with low n counts are so cause they are trapped with no options. And that high n counts is a natural / optimal achievement for a man, equivalent to a low n count goal for a woman. It's the only interpretation i see that could provide sense to your comment, but correct me if that wasn't what you meant.

Disagree. Ultimate men are the brave, strong and loyal ones. And once they've chosen a woman, they generally stick to it. Men who go for multiple women generally have instable, split identities. They fail at integrity. They let their life being dictated by sensuality, uncontrollable urges, or need sexual counting as a source of self validation. These are very commun but bad trends imo.

High n-count women should stick with high n-count men, all other factors considered equal. Same life style, same vision on relationships, that's probably just better.

Not all men are like that, I'm pretty sure. You might actually be unknowingly testing his acceptance of mildness against his resistance to boredom.

But how can you be so sure there weren't any other causes with your exes? Maybe you two are simply a better match. Also, i'm not sure about what you call better sex, in the end. For me best sex is the sincere one, when in sync, mind and feelings. If you dedicate all your caring and will onto keeping him, maybe it eventually leads to better sex than a raw, physical one. So how better you feel your sex could be, if you'd let it go?

Just to understand this properly, are you saying you're keeping on purpose the sex you have with your partner lower than it should be, because of the fear of losing him?

Well, the higher the n-count, the higher the probability for you to be just one more episode. Of course, you can still beat the odds and be that last one, or at least that significant one.

I agree, marriage and other related institutions were good cultural optimizations.

I don't think all men are well suited for all women, so the question kinda falls back to the specifics. How would i be like as my perfect woman match? Ok now i better get back to cleaning the house before my aunt and my two step sisters come home, or i won t be allowed to go to the ball.

At a very raw level, once a woman got pregnant, she'll be unavailable for 9+months. Men can fertilize another partner right away. So from the specie's expansion point of view, a man can have multiple women before reaching the bottleneck, while a woman can only select one male for her insemination at a time, and then has this one year cooldown + low age kids to matern. Nature is not egalitarian (1man for 1 woman). Culture and mainly contraception have added other layers onto that, but there's sti…

I think it's really hard to distiguish between archetype and gender causes, as for many other issues. Like, who s more likely to be loyal or betray? Not really a gender issue i believe, more about character. So the question could be more about what the proportion of good, moral men vs good moral women in respective populations. Certainly, among low moral population, situation is presumably a lot like you describe : insane competition, few males getting a lot of females, females getting often the…
