5	GitHub... I don't know what to say The disparity in speaker quality is almost embarrassing at times. I wouldn't say gender is at all the key factor here, but conferences which obviously wish to promote community over content should be avoided, IMO. A local JS conference was like that. 54	Huckabee to Washington Post: "Male lives matter". 94% of those killed by police are men. I hate to dump on you, because I do find what you're saying legitimately interesting, but I hate how the conversation is about race (which race is more or less proportionally oppressed by the government) rather than it being about why the government can do this, and how so many police officers are able to get away with little or no punishment after the fact.
