4	No, "Kill all men" is not "dark humor" or comparable to it. I grew up in a small, conservative high school and heard a lot of jokes about killing, hurting, or otherwise abusing women. I heard a few from my roommate in college too but not many. 2	I wish I'd been more masculine. Yeah, I think this is where it can get complicated, since distancing oneself from toxic masculinity can bring happiness.
