I don't think I have body dysmorphia. It was until some people started commenting/mocking I had. I chin I started to feel self conscious about my chin. I never gave much importance to it but the more people starting to comment the less confident I started feeling and the idea of having a chin implant would improve my appearance and confidence

I appreciate it. But people through my life have mocked me about my recessed chin. I never have too much fuckss but the more comments people gave me, the more Im starting to feel it's holding me back and the idea of having a chin implant is starting to grow on me and I feel like it would help my appearance and would improve my confidence.

Thank you. Lifting helped my confidence a lot. But I still have a lot to improve

I've actually joined the gym almost 2 year ago. Started eating 3000 calories a day and did PPL. Gained 20pounds of muscle and some fat. Best thing I did. My body looks alright now. See the second photo

I'm friendly and talkative to everyone around me. I'm just not very confident about myself tho. I put a persona to feel confident

I'm still working on my self esteem. I don't think my attitude is the problem. I'm just not confident enough.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
