1	What is the blue and red pill on job interviews? This is illuminating about why the "first type" of judging doesn't apply in all circumstances, but I don't think Paul Graham sufficiently explains when the "second type" of judging does apply. I see he mentions "college admissions, hiring and investment decisions, and of course the judgements made in dating," but what distinguishes those from "court cases, grades in classes, and most competitions"? 0	Street Harassment Law Unconstitutional is not a word to throw around. This proposed law could be attacked facially or as-applied. So you surely know that the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment is subject to several limitations, including state police powers to regulate expressive conduct for the protection of legitimate safety and health interests. That is, for example, why state anti-harassment laws have been consistently upheld against First Amendment challenges.
