Just a lurker here, so no flair but also a BPW who agree with everything you say. I'm also middle-aged. I'm curious about the forums that OP is referring to. Also the geolocation of the posters. Most women are not the same, just as most men are not the same, so it is likely that if you are in a specific forum, let's say for The Bachelor, you are going to get like-minded women.

No partner has ever asked. I don't know the actual number, but I probably would just respond with "enough"

Honestly, I'm high on allergy medicine. Ignore that.

Yeah, I agree. Also, who says that we want to date someone around our own age, and not older? My ex was a year younger than me, but acts like he's 22.

Yeah, I was much more annoying and a loose cannon when I was in my early 20's. I thought older guys hitting on me was creepy.

Well, if you'd rather have a conversation with a 20 year old, rather than a woman closer to your own age, maybe you should look into improving yourself.

As a woman, I agree. I like to live an active lifestyle and cook/eat healthy foods. I'm not going to be turned on to someone who is really overweight. A few extra pounds, isn't a deal breaker. I just want to know that my partner will want to join me in this lifestyle.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
