Glad I’m not the only one. I’ve put so much effort into bettering myself like learning how to dress well and getting in shape that I don’t want to waste it all on some random 5 that would rather stuff her face with mac&cheese than go to the gym.

Right on brother! In that case, don’t focus only on people in your house. Putting all your eggs in one basket is never good. A lot of shit can happen between now and 4 years from now so try to become friends with people from other frats. Not only will you have more friends that you can hang out with in case some major drama happens at your house, but you’ll also get invited their parties. I know you said you’re not gonna spend much time partying but it’s always nice to have that possibility.

Dude, I highly recommend joining a top-tier frat or at least a mid-tier one if you haven’t already. I was in the Greek system for 3 years and it was a ton of fun and you get to hang out with decent/hot girls without putting too much effort in it.
