Make sure you take care of your physical needs: eat correctly, move around, get outside a bit, fresh air is good. Try to get some decent sleep. I'm a sleeper myself. I will tend to sleep too much through a depressive episode - and eat too much.

It's sexist, and should not be sent by an HR department as a chain mail to the staff. Complain, but don't be overbearing about it.

The man had malice, the woman did not.

I have custody now. I do deal with the after effects quite often. Even still - pick the battles you can win, keep yourself as mentally intact throughout the process as you can. The kid needs at least one good parent.

It's a hard lesson, especially since I knew me ex wife was drinking a lot and likely using the child support money I paid on beer. But at some point one has to maintain one's sanity and pick the fights that can be won. This is not one of them.

So what? If you get all caught up in what child support is spent on then you have a tough road, mentally, ahead of you. I agree with 90% of Mens Rights posts, but this is not an issue to me.

A man's career, personal life, social standing, etc. are destroyed just on the allegation of sexual misconduct. Don't give us this bullshit on how her career is ruined because she was convicted. She is a predator and should be receiving stiff penalties.

Does that work for male offenders?

Well, I come from a battered past. My first wife was/is a violent woman. We continue to have considerable issue with her that leads to court action. Because of this experience, my wife does not believe the Duluth Model.

I'm trying to find a source that does not come from batteredmen.com

Are you calling double standard on me? When I was the one paying child support I was AHEAD on my payments. Every person is an individual. I honor my obligations. I expect the same from others.

Hey, anyone know how hard it is to get a deadbeat mom in jail? I've sent 2 letters to Friend of the Court already asking for enforcement. She's $7000+ behind and they've never tossed her in.

They didn't add the portion that a prostitute makes...assuming that the wife puts out.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
