We are on almost the exact same timeline. Same experience also. Initially kind of ok then the depression set in. I’m not sure how to get out of the funk either. She seems to have happily moved on which doesn’t make it easier. I do date but am probably not ready - more to fill time and feel something positive. I’m happy to DM if you ever want to talk.
