How can you make a blanket statement that 100,000 load test = 10,000 concurrent users? How can you make that assumption without knowing what software is running, and what kind of read/write is being preformed? I dunno if it's possible because how would you ever keep track of a comment that is added to a thread that was already achrived? Or did you not account for something like that? It'd have to be run more than once to achieve a backup that was =. Of course it's possible the question of how well its done is different. Also my "shitty vps box" isn't 512mb. It absolutely does. I'm currently looking to switch jobs to something that would double my salary and benefits. I have two applications out and I'll find out soon, although I don't think I got the one. The other is a different story as I have family connections (my father works there as a manager ;)) It sucks.
