Saving this for future reference, this is so true it's amazing that it's overall message was delivered so simply, and that I failed so often to accept the simple answer as truth

It's strange how after a few years I wouldn't be able to tell you the recipe to being this man. How I got there, I almost don't even remember anymore, all I know is that these traits are who I am and have become. Life is so different now... I can't even picture who I was three years ago. Still, after so long, I feel like I owe so much to this community. I hope more Men continue to learn to respect themselves and become real leaders in their work life and put forth the effort and have the courage…

It's why I came here almost a year ago, I'm glad I stuck with it, everything in my life since I came here has only been getting better and better.

Very cult like, had to go 3 times a week + having to go out preaching "field service" and knocking on people's doors early in the morning to get screamed at from some pretty ghetto areas in The Bronx, NYC No holidays or birthdays either.

Jehovah's Witness, it was a very rough upbringing as a child and teenager, I was years behind everyone else in the world mentally. Thankfully I decided to take risks and do my best to discover myself.

Was raised as a JW, it was a long hard road that I had to travel before I grew the balls to hit the fucking eject button. Sorry you had to go through this and everything else in your early life; I'm glad you've made it through to survive all this though man. Learn from all of this and do your best to not repeat history when you start your own family if you do one day.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
