People will chose/pick what they want if they see it and the opportunity presents itself, but they don't know what they want in an abstract way and what they will tell you is not what they end up with. And also said there wasn't anything particularly clever or innovative about OPs thoughts, as these have been known for years. That a few (or more) people disagree here on Reddit doesn't make something true/untrue.
