Is prostitution legal in Pennsylvania?

I might not pursue a charge of attempted murder She didn't pick up the knife to make things better. She didn't pick up the knife to defend herself. There isn't much else that a knife is good for than attempting to kill someone.

his version of events was more plausible than hers since they arrested her, not him I'm guessing his stab wounds were convincing.

For that matter, there's no evidence that Rhinna wasn't trying to stab Chris Brown when he hit her.

I don't know about in the US but in the UK stabbing someone usually isn't enough for an attempted murder charge Kinda weird considering that the UK is so paranoid about knives,

The stabbing was a bit toooo far but I do agree he deserved the kick in the groin! I'm not convinced that even rapist deserve a kick in the groin.

men do not know They don't get the necessary information. If you have any doubts that you inserted active semen into a live female at the expected time of conception, you should get the baby tested. If you have any reason to believe that some other guy could have inserted active semen into said woman any where a month before or after the expected time of conception you should get the baby tested. One shouldn't blame others for your own lack of knowledge.

Many men are paying for children that are not theirs, and many men do not know that they are not the biological father of the children they are supporting Which really is entirely their fault.

Marrying for money is simply prostitution. Except that one can argue that prostitutes server a community need, and are significantly cheaper. Frankly, I'd argue that expecting to get large portions of what is clearly the other partner's share of income during a divorce is also prostitution.

It actually does. It serves as a sort of line-up. You parade the suspect so if more women have also been raped by him, but didn't press charges before for being afraid, intimidated, ashamed or whatever, they can now feel safer in doing so, and so the case against him gets stronger. That's the opposite of a lineup. In fact, doing so makes a lineup useless.

Since I can't simply expect these women to change, I blame the guys who marry them for encouraging this kind of thing.

If men don't do doctors, then I must not be a man. Health Services are Feminised. I don't see that, I going assume that this is subjective Embarrassment When you can't breathe, have a recurring pain, or something's wrong with your penis, there is no room for embarrassment. If you want to put your embarrassment over a professional female putting their hands on your penis to inspect it, then you deserve what you get. My guess on the situation is that men and women are better at different areas. Women are excelling in those they have natural aptitude for, while also being given extra help in areas where they don't have natural aptitude for, and so were were traditional dominated by men. So that leaves for men only jobs that doesn't require high education levels and that women don't want.

At that point, does the man still have to provide support to the child? It doesn't seem sensible to expect support from the man again.

I seem to remember reading that was not a reliable birth control method due to the factors such as sudden changes in cycle, or eggs that stray/last longer than normal. Though strictly speaking, what you and your wife do in private is none of my business.

I guess that depends on if you want it to be. And in that case, we should make sure those people are well supplied with pornography.

If you're a man and you lose your job. I can see how that can be rough and emasculating. But I don't think turning bitch about is going to help. Man up and move on.

The fact of the matter is, any woman can walk of the street and accuse any man of raping/abusing her. And if that dude has no alibi, he's probably screwed.

Yah that kind of sucked. In the last episode of Law & Order, a doctor remarked that they always pull the mother of a victim aside (from the assumed father) to ensure who the father is -- I wonder how true that is in real life.

Well. That's kinda the point. He shouldn't have to do any of that. At least not in "freest country in the whole entire world"

5 years for leaving a mark on your child? How exactly are you supposed to beat anyone, other than a super human, hard enough to get the point across, but soft enough not to leave a temporary mark on soft tissue like the buttocks?
