Apologised at time of incident. Apologised 2 hours after. I haven't replied.

"We attach great importance to equal respect and opportunities for women and men,” Irony is lost on them...how do they not even see it.

That's not what I meant or what the meme meant.

This has to be one of the most cringey memes on reddit. It's like excuse making for not being able to get along with women. Grow up.

Guys this just stinks of resentment and anger. Come on. You're better than this. Do your own thing, don't worry or hate on other people. Feminism is a mess, but this is childish.

Guys this is just silly. The future has to be both. Society is made up of both women and men who contribute in their own different way. This is such a myopic view. Come on lads

She’s an idiot and shouldn’t have been nominated, but I’m more against this de platforming fad. I’d rather she speak and see how stupid she really is. What I would also like is to afford the same fairness to other folks of the opposite opinion then.

Here's a thought, maybe they haven't told you. I feel like I'm talking to a child. Pal, there is no way you know more people who've been raped. It's literally impossible. If you know more than 3, that have actually admitted to you, you work in a rape crisis centre and that's just an exception. After that you're just lying, or they're lying. You're still in college as well so you're young so you have met less people. To be honest this should be in r/thathappened But to get back to the main point,…

You know more people who have been raped than robbed. Statistically that's almost impossible. So I'm going to hazard a guess and call bullshit.
/r/PussyPassDenied15/07/17 08:58 PM

Well everything is relative. So if we're talking about all crimes in general, rape wouldn't be the most common anyway. It would be quite rare. How many people do you know who've been raped? I know loads of people who've been robbed, even then people don't say robbery is widespread unless you're in particularly bad area. So overall, rape is actually quite rare. Thankfully it's rare, but sadly it still happens.
/r/PussyPassDenied15/07/17 07:23 PM

I partake in the Jits aswell brother. Size would be different to weight. Weight differences kind of equate to strength differences. If you're a purple belt male versus a purple female, male will win. If a purple belt female against equal weight male non jits, she probably will win if it goes to ground.
/r/PussyPassDenied30/06/17 10:38 PM

Its like the idiots who say women should get paid equally in football. People who know nothing about the sport or the business of sport commenting. I don't like Ronda Rousey but she always shut down those stupid feminist angles that came at her. Serena is a beast, but to be honest I think Johns being generous with his ranking.
/r/PussyPassDenied29/06/17 04:05 PM

The drinking stereotype bothers you? Mate, don't be a pussy. You're embarrassing us. I couldn't give two hoots about any stereotypes. But if we are to look at this specifically, the fact is in general we do drink way too much. So theres a strong element of truth to the stereotype. Fighting Irish annoys you? Jesus christ, you need to get your man card revoked. It's just a joke pal.

Those saying a professor wouldn't say this don't know what gender studies entails. A friend once told me their professor said it was great when Tiger Woods wife beat him up, for what he did. Taking back control. Essentially promoting domestic violence with a golf club. Apparently she was really into it when saying it which really made it even more inappropriate. If the tables were turned she would have been fired. Either way, I 100% would believe a gender studies prof saying this.

We can interpret, and it's not just as valid. If we use heuristics and stereotypes, we can judge that she is a lesbian. Probably a SJW. SJW are generally ridiculously anti racist, to the point of it being weird. She hits the man, and walks away in a manner as to say I can do this and you can't hit me back. If it was a dude on dude fight the guy would have either ran, because he knows what's coming next. Or stood his ground to continue the fight. The girls walk was a real statement of confidence …

It's obvious with the walk away that she thinks she'll get away with it

Well I'm obviously judging on the vid alone. From what I see it's a sassy dyke being a cunt. No racial aspect involved.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/04/17 03:06 AM

Why the fuck does it say white people, this isn't a race issue, this is a cheeky bitch issue.
/r/PussyPassDenied22/04/17 03:04 PM

Playing the racism/discrimination card when you rob, cheat and abuse people does a big disservice to the real groups who are truly discriminated against. A family friend bought a site, to which he was going to build a factory. After a week of acquiring they moved in, and he had to wait a month and spend huge sums of money to get them off. In Ireland it's a well known part of hotel business not to take a traveller wedding. They often end up fighting each other, often with machetes and clubs. Not …
/r/PussyPassDenied15/04/17 12:14 PM

Ye the same in Ireland. They usually say there's a small minority that ruin for the rest; in the case of Gypsies it's a majority that ruin it for the nude minority. It's a cycle of crime and poverty, and the culture perpetuates it. People from abroad don't believe me when I explain it to them.
/r/PussyPassDenied15/04/17 11:27 AM

I would say men have higher IQ but women have higher EQ. Women are generally more social and are far more in touch with emotions, whereas many men I know are on the spectrum.

The reason I think this way is due to the fact a former teacher of mine collapsed on a train, and everyone thought he was just a homeless drunk. He was in fact a priest who had a heart attack. He wasn't helped for 30mins. It was a terribly sad story. I'm by no means perfect, but I think striving to help people is better than standing idly by. In this video, there was no real danger here. The man was clearly being passive at first, and you could have broken it up then. The girl is clearly tiny, s…

Don't try and philosophise your way out of this. If someone is dying in front of you, you save them in whatever way you can. If someone is getting attacked in front of you, you try to help in whatever way you can. Just use common sense. Maybe it's a cultural thing, in America you're more self-interested.
/r/PussyPassDenied19/03/17 08:08 PM

No, just where I see someone that needs help. If I see a person fall over or faint, I go to help them. If someone is getting attacked, I try help them. If I see two dogs ripping each other apart, I try stop the dogs killing each other. Stop being such a self-interested goon.
/r/PussyPassDenied19/03/17 08:02 PM

Its not a dog fight. It's a clearly overwhelming stronger man versus a tiny lady. We all know who's going to win. And for the record, I'd totally have no issue separating two dogs in a fight.

I get it; but get over it. These days people stand as spectators and shit goes down. People need to help each other more.
/r/PussyPassDenied18/03/17 02:24 PM

He could have gone out and helped the dude. There was probably store cameras anyway. He stood inside like a baby. Get out there and help. Keep filming at the same time, it's not that hard.

The issue isn't about whether who has more really; it's changing very Fast. Were talking MD's. the real issue is the change over time. The composition of engineering graduates has barely changed while MD graduated have changed massively over the past number of decades. Then in countries like Iran and India there are higher levels of female engineers and mathematicians. This is down to the fact that generally they're not pursuing their interests, they're pursuing a means to an end in terms of car…

It's because of interests, not difficulty. Like said above. In Australia nearly all vets graduating are women. Women are attracted to more social/people orientated spheres . While men are attracted to object/thing orientated spheres. Dr Baron Cohen of Cambridge University shows these interests start from birth, and are influenced by testosterone levels. He has a YouTube TED talk on it. I recommend watching Norways most controversial and interesting documentary (it's in English). Brainwash.
/r/PussyPassDenied15/03/17 12:41 AM

now ask yourself the question, if that was a guy, what would have happened? She slapped him first twice. This is just equality.

In the west it's overstayed. It's badly needed in parts of the east, especially Middle East. And Africa.

Well if he's being blocked and he can't get through? What should he do? If someone gets in my way, in real life, I just push past them. If they lay a hand on me I then proceed to defend myself. What would you do?

They wouldn't allow him through
/r/PussyPassDenied18/02/17 03:32 PM

They survive on their parents money and contribute nothing worthwhile to society except serve me coffee. Wouldn't survive a day if shit hit the fan.

Everything is private really. We have inspectors I guess, but again the vets aren't solely working for Dept of Ag. My uncles own farms, and I worked on them when I was young, I just don't remember anything like your describing. I could be wrong, but everything was private.

What? That's just so weird. I'm Irish. Is it like consultant doctors in the health system kind of thing? Because doctors don't really have "doctor" bosses. Their bosses are admin managers really.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/02/17 01:25 AM

So they report to an agency. They're still sole traders. If theyre within the organisation, wouldn't their superiors be non vets? Co-ordination would surely be done by admin
/r/PussyPassDenied12/02/17 01:01 AM

What pissed me off is "the gender pay gap" they stated in the article, that just doesn't exist. Also men are in higher positions? Isn't it essentially an entrepreneurial career, where you are in charge of yourself? So there are more men out there, managing themselves? I say do away with all these gender scholarships. Let the cards fall where they want, and people will gravitate towards their own professions. if there is a discrepancy, it's down to the natural innate interests between men and wom…
