I used to smoke tons of pot. Now I'm down to a couple times per year. When I stopped smoking I improved myself significantly.

A multi-vitamin, vitamin d, fish oils, and magnesium. From what I understand these are standard for most people. After about two weeks of taking them I noticed my body started feeling better. However I also changed my diet which most likely helped out to. Recently just got some post workout protein and creatine... not sure how how effective they are yet but in my head I feel like a muscle monster after every workout

Changing my diet and taking the appropriate supplements for my goals has made me healthier such that my day to day life is better. To make these changes I have two friends that have already done the same. We occasionally cook for each other to work on our cooking skills and to enjoy good meals

I use to be a heavy stoner... not much you can do here. You will likely have to find new (or additional) friends if you don't enjoy being around them. Their behavior likely won't change anytime soon but it may change over time as their priorities change

Things may appear to be going well from an outsiders perspective but you don't know the reality. You say that they never exhibit alpha qualities and are always whipped... that sounds like they are living the blue pill life. Is that what you want with yours?

Op you are in the wrong subreddit to ask this question. What you have posted is what everyone here wants nothing to do with. Everyone here works to never be in your situation and we cannot help you. Maybe if you spent 4-8 hours reading the sidebar you will understand what we think you should do... GTFO of this horrible situation

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
