If this is even really a woman, she's just fishing for male attention by posting about how she sends nudes to strangers. All around sad.

I wouldn't be friends with people who had friends like this. Wtf. Your friends aren't exactly better for liking these people.

Why are you calling these manipulative, coercive men your friends?? We have to stop considering harmful men our friends if we want to protect ourselves and other women. It's wild to me how many posts on here about their male "friends" being manipulative, rapists, and pedos. Like at some point I am judging you for wanting to put yourselves around these men for fun/attention.

Infantilizing sexual acts is fucking disgusting. How could you want to have sex with either of these adults??

It's unfortunate that countries like the US will probably never provide those resources to women or anyone, and so it would be misguided to call on the US to ban something like porn or sex work. They must be done together (or with resources first) or you are just putting more women at jeopardy. Banning porn and sex work first would harm the very women people are trying to help.

We need to be providing women with housing, healthcare, and education before removing their means of making income and surviving. Edit: For those of you downvoting, what is your solution for the women who will become jobless/homeless if we ban all porn sites and sex work before doing anything else?

Melinda is not a victim here. She is a billionaire woman married to a pedophile. I couldn't care less about their divorce. It just shocks me that anyone on this subreddit would seriously discuss anything about this man other than the fact that he most definitely assaulted children.

Yep even if they helped raise your child. My mom started dating my stepdad when I was 6 mos old and I always thought of him as my dad. He started overtly sexualizing me with his friends when I was in highschool and older in a way he didn't his biological children (man's a creep, still did to them but with me it was way different). It was extremely confusing to me at first and took me years to realize what it was.

Sounds exactly like a dude I dated in college. I surprised him on his birthday with tickets to a festival, decorated his room, baked him a cake from scratch (he was a gym bro so it was super healthy and hard to make) and bought him other gifts. On my birthday I had to beg him to go to a dinner and a show with me that I paid a lot of money for. I feel so pathetic now looking back lol never again. Mind you, he made more money than me and had rich parents paying for everything for him while I was l…

I really realized that men are attracted to women in a completely different way that women are attracted to women. I don't fucking sexualize hot women that I'm attracted to that I see on the street. I don't see a woman in a dress and think oooh it would be easy to fuck her, I think omg she looks so pretty I love her dress. It's just so different and the realization is dark. I never want to attract men or be attracted to men again.

Men need to be talking about their mental health with their fellow men. Men are the ones dismissive of men's mental health. Women typically take that shit seriously but get called emotional or sensitive for doing so. The fact that they need to bring up how women have it easier in this domain (lmao) shows that they have no interest in genuinely discussing mental health with other men, but want to circlejerk about how women actually don't have it that bad.

It's so hilarious because it's not like these men have a coherent worldview around ads and media. They watch fucking porn and sports and whatever other garbage that is marketed towards men. They just can't be bothered to do something you like.

Honestly, being rushed to the hospital with a heart rate of over 160 was made worse when I saw the doctor was a man. He looked at my face while I was in full panic mode and asked "have you tried taking a few deep breaths?" and chuckled. They weren't able to get my heart rate down until I was medicated and it turns out I have a heart arrhythmia. The cardiologist I chose to follow up with was obviously a woman.

I had a male bio teacher in highschool who asked me to stay after class once because I was falling behind. I was about to get my first C as a term grade ever in my life. He told me he would give me a B if I gave him a hug. I did and only told my mom about it. Unfortunately, my mom was never one to advocate for me or other girls.

And I'm here telling you as someone who knows sex workers that the majority of them do not act like this and understand what they are doing. Posts like this are lazy.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/01/21 02:56 AM

I think you're misunderstanding. I understand how exploitative sex work is, and most women who do it also understand this but are trying to survive under patriarchal capitalism. My argument is that sex workers do not find their job empowering. Their job is their job, and like all working class jobs, it is not empowering. This sub goes on and on about all these sex workers calling sex work empowering, and I just don't see that in the real world at all. I think it's just a way to hate on sex worke…

I never said it wasn't exploitative, but that most sex workers understand that it's a job and is not empowering sexually.

Yepppp in front of my family and then my family gaslighted me about it my whole life. I remember it clearly because I had what you'd call a crush on him 🤢 and he took advantage of it and everyone made jokes about how it was cute. But then he called me hot and I remember telling all my friends at a sleepover because I was excited. I feel so sad for that 10 yo now.

Wow to specifically insult your body, the body of the person he is supposed to love, especially when he knows you were bulimic, is just plain evil and vile. Only men stoop to this level over insecurity. Would you ever say such a horrible thing to him? I bet you couldn't even think of it! You can't stay with this repulsive piece of trash. He has ALWAYS thought of women this way. Men that respect women would not talk like this.

From the moment that they disagreed on getting the PC at all I knew this would be bad lol why be together if you don't even like doing the same things? Then of course because her partner is a child, he went and bought the most expensive shit with all their savings. And she was going to marry this person?? I'm sorry, but he's had to have shown that he is reckless and immature before now. But also no way in fuck would either me or my partner make a purchase that large without talking to each other…

There's nothing wrong with wanting/buying a gaming PC, both my partner and I have our own, but for $8k and without consulting your partner??? Both of our amazing gaming PCs and set ups were less than 5k combined!! The pressure to marry someone you don't share interests with and barely talk to just to be a married woman is so gross and sad.

This is what men do, especially fathers to their daughters. Constantly critique your looks then shame you when you are looking too good. News flash: men will fuck anything, doesn't matter how you look.

Men are raped by other men and dismissed by other men because of toxic masculinity. This isn't even what toxic femininity would mean lmfao Another irritating thing, is that women tend to stick to the same topics... This is 100% a man.

Even if it were legal for me to go topless to the beach, I wouldn't. Scrotes have sexualized breasts so much that they'd all be cumming in their bathing suits. Bathing suits for women are sexualized enough as it is. A man made this cartoon. I bet he wants to see some breasts at the beach.

You should put your anger towards the men and billionaires who exploit women for their bodies, and who, in general, leave people poor and in debt for their profits. It is not the fault of women that we are exploited for our bodies and that a small sliver of women participate in sex work to survive.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/04/20 02:41 PM
24

A lot of women don't have a choice. You can't just learn a trade if you've never worked before and your husband just left you with your kids and he was the sole source income. You can't afford to learn a trade if you're strapped with debt and poor and making less than a living wage. It is horrible that women have to resort to selling sex to get income, and I, in no way, blame them for being in that circumstance. They are doing what makes the most sense to survive.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/04/20 02:39 PM
60

Of course it's always been like this. Women are a valuable resource. We have fuck holes and we get pregnant. We have been exploited for that from the beginning of existence. Even those of us who can't get pregnant are exploited based on the assumption that we can. It's fucking disgusting. Men sexually objectifying us stems from the fact that we are just a valuable resource, like a tree.

I have an obese cousin who was married, had a child and started losing weight a few years after said child was born. He is still really obese but everyone was surprised he was making an effort. Turns out he was cheating on his wife with one of his college students and he was losing weight for her. Now him and the student are married with 3 daughters. I feel like every man I know is disgusting.

These two things are not equivalent in any sense. Romance does not require anyone to use their body for someone else's pleasure. Men that expect women to perform during sex do no respect women as human beings. Porn-like sex is degrading for women and that needs to be understood before you go comparing it to something women expect from men.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 06:03 PM
