A good rule of thumb I use to make eye contact with men is to look at them long enough to lock eyes hold it for a second or so and then either look away - to the side- ( NEVER DOWN) - or give an upwards head nod and a "whats up" I'm pretty sure this is just how most people make eye contact.

Through mutual friends. I know that's not really a location though.

Well yeah, it would be unreasonable to expect someone with literally no experience to be great at it right away. You said she was always enthusiastic so it does like she really is trying and is willing to put the effort in to learn and you're being unrealistic with your expectations.

None, and my social circle is definitely more left leaning.

I would say yes. I also think it's stupid how much importance people place on their "gender role". People are so concerned with being "manly" or being "lady like" they are ashamed of pursuing any interests that contradict those perceived roles. It ends up being this sort of self fulfilling thing.

Why would I care. I mean I obviously wouldn't want to get married to anyone that didn't want to marry me, and if most men are happier not getting married then good for them.

I don't think "mansplaining" exists and I don't think a "standard gendered form of explaining"exists either. Anyone would be annoyed at someone overexplaining everything all the time and there are just as many women and men that are know it all overexplainers.

I can totally understand being upset by really graphic images in a public setting. I don't understand why a poster raising awareness for sex abuse victims whether they be men or women would make anyone angry or depressed though. That doesn't sound rational at all.

Being a virgin should be a badge to wear proudly. It means that you have certain standards in life which are completely lost to the facebook generation. If I could turn back time I would without a doubt make different choices when it comes to sexual partners and I would erase 99% of them if not all. There's absolutely nothing wrong with being a virgin, but just because some people choose to have sex doesn't mean they have bad standards, and a lot of virgins don't have great standards either. It …

It was literally the only actually thing that someone DID that you mentioned. The rest were perceived opinions about people's attitudes.

Isn't this essentially the same thing MGTOW are doing? Deciding they don't want marriage with the opposite sex and are better off going their own way?

The one being that they "wouldn't give you the time of day"? Seems normal on a busy subway.

Ok,the common thing that happens to an average joe around here is the women are so absolutely narcasistic, shallow and cruel that when you so much as ask for the time, they will blatantly ignore you. This doesn't happen sparingly either. This is a frequent occurrence on the Toronto subway and around there buses and what not. That's just one example, but literally everyday more examples manifest themselves. These women are terrible, terrible cunts. I know its one 'anecdotal' example right? . I wan…

Or you might not have a prego girlfriend? Just because it happened to him doesn't mean it would have to you.

I can see how it would seem that way if you've never talked to one in real life.

I dont do LMR. When I say no I mean no. I'd feel really unsafe if I said no and someone kept pushing my limits. It would make feel like this person is going to do whatever they want sexually with me even if I don't want to.

I'm not familiar with the Toronto area so maybe it is different there. Can you provide an example of how someone went full on bitch mode on you or treated you like shit or accused you of something?

I didn't realize adderall was prescribed so much more to boys. There was a huge problem with over prescribing ADHD medications back in the 90s and early 2000s. However it seems like your opinion is that these medications were intentionally prescribed more to boys in order to emasculate and feminize them. These medications were over prescribed to everyone in those days. Young boys are more likely to exhibit hyperactivity and that was one of the key excuses doctors would use to prescribe these med…

I accept and I appreciate compliments given to me by my family, friends and professors/bosses etc. I do not want girls to notice my personal qualities. Why though? Why wouldn't you want a person who is a girl to notice and even compliment the things they like about you as a person and treat you like they would treat any other human. So you want them to only see you as a sexual object with no personal qualities? I want them to be attracted to my physically. I want them to compliment me. They chec…

So if a woman gives you compliment about your personality that has nothing do with wanting sex with you then you not only don't appreciate it but you find it insulting. If you can't appreciate any sort of gratification that isn't sexual I think you may have way too much of your self esteem tied up in getting laid.

I knew more girls than boys that were prescribed adderall when I was in school.

Unless you were insecure about yourself or your relationship why would it bother you. If you're worried that your gf/wife will drop you and run away with the first attractive man she interacts with, it sounds like it not really a good relationship anyways.

I would be absolutely disgusted with anyone who intentionally used manipulation to try to lower my self esteem for any reason, especially if it was some sort of ploy to try get me to feel insecure so I will seek seek validation from them. What kind of narcissistic psychopath treats people that way. I don't image this tactic ever working on any sane, self respecting person.

Having sex with a robot would be like masturbating to me. There's nothing that can replace human affection, human reactions, mutual pleasure, and real passion from sex with another human being (who has all of those same feelings too), With something that isn't human. It would be no more sexually or emotionally gratifying then a sex toy and porn.

Though somehow I doubt you will consider it so; having been trained into only accepting quasi-"official" sources (i.e. those which are "politically correct") -- aka the publications of the "Ministry of Truthiness". What reason do you have to make that assumption about me? Literally the only interaction I've ever had with you was when I asked if you had any source for the information you were posting because it was actually interesting to me. However, you were instantly defensive and a little hos…

I live in the U.S. Maybe I am oblivious to this sort of behavior. That's why I'm asked for a specific example.

And here is the point: MOST of those "systems" (on paper at first) were initially created because WOMEN had been hired to "man the phone" or to be the "front desk person"; and they couldn't DO the job, even to a minimal level of competency without the "crutch" of systematic (pre-thought-out) notes. Do you have a source for this information?

I have no idea how to cope with this. If its a man and her daughter or son, he treats me as an equal and I really appreciate that but ig its a women..if its a women, she go's into full blown territorial bitch. Like how specifically though, can you describe a time a woman went full blown territorial bitch on you? I've just never seen it happen before and I'm curious as to what specially happened. Also I know you said you struggled with anxiety before, which can sometimes me can feel like people a…

What if men were to formulate a criteria for and intentionally practice a new form of male hypergamy? It would require an unimaginable degree of self control, but imagine with me. If men began to choose only to have sex with women who demonstrate desirable traits and lack undesirable traits? You completely lost me there. Why would it take an unimaginable amount of self control to not have sex with someone who you find has undesirable traits? Are you implying men have such a lack of control that …

If she's doing something that makes you uncomfortable then tell her to stop. It she doesn't stop, then explain to whoever is in charge that you can't work with her anymore because she's being inappropriate. That seems pretty obvious.

I don't get it. How won't they leave you alone? No one is ever forcing you to interact with women if you don't want to. I thought this subreddit was about going your own way.

What does this have to do with men at all? Why would you care about this story at alI. I thought this was MGTOW, not "men obsessing over and insulting anyone who isn't a man."
/r/MGTOW18/05/16 11:59 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
