I get what you are saying but in real life I think it's the opposite where being 6'2 is great and all but at the same tkme being something like 5'11 won't get u reactions like wow he's a short guy. It is kind of, but I do think someone less then a very attractive man can do that too, but that man won't do well in dating apps. Even then what exactly is better finding and choosing a hot women from the comfort of your own home, or having to actually put effort and go out there. Chad doesn't have to put effort.

Usually at around 23 there's a pretty obvious decline. For men it really depends some age well some don't. Depends on hairloss and how fit they are. But I'd say Usually around 28+ men start declining as hairloss starts around that age for alot of men.

Depends on what your goal is If you have that chunky body builder/powerlifter look it's not really attractive. But if you go for hamza body which is very aesthetic and quiet appealing you would get alot more attention. Plus the Testosterone boost from working out really helps your skin and face look lean.
