2	Going to bars alone? i'm not an expert, but i've lived in Canada, US, France and England. France and England (in particular in the Southern Cities of the UK) it's way more closed off. People don't really want to mingle with strangers. They go out in their friend groups and have no interest in spending their nights with random people as a rule.
