I don't know how to measure it based on other martial arts, since this is the only one I've done. For my experience, it's pretty good. The emphasis is not really on fighting, its more of how to efficiently deal with a dangerous situation. Other benefits I've noticed, it's kind of like my cardio now. Thanks for this subreddit. It really opened my eyes. The change in perspective is so amazing. Each interaction, the language used and the current wave of feminist bullshit in everyday life went unnoticed until I swallowed the red pill. While old seduction forums told me to focus on myself, this subreddit shows my why I should, in such a logical way. The real-life examples of BB and CC stories just strengthens the position further.
