1	Apparently Homelessness is only a Problem if you are a Woman. Ah not a lawyer. The way it reads to me makes it seem like the victim has to be penetrated. Seems like with the definition it could just be someone forced to penetrate. I'm curious how much worse the pre 2012 definition was now. (but I'm a bit busy and usually anything involving law is a wrong read) I have seen worse definitions in other countries that clearly say the victim has to be female.
