It's not as simple as you might think. It's often difficult to leave an abusive relationship. You might worry about your partner's safety as they're oftentimes self-destructive. Getting falsely accused of misconduct yourself could be another concern. You might still love the person even if they act mental on occasion.

Well, there are government made barriers to enter certain industries. Regulations tend to hurt the smaller companies disproportionately. For example, increasing minimum wage won't hurt Pizza Hut that much but it will make it harder for the average Joe to start his own pizza restaurant business.

I think you're unnecessarily associating being alpha with immorality. Alpha/beta are amoral terms; just as much as there are bad guy alphas and nice guy betas, you can be a beta who's a bad person or an alpha who's saved lives and defended the weak.

Of course this is a generalization, so feminists beware: women are so complex they tend not to understand everything about themselves. Despite that, the dating advice they give to men is probably honest and with good intention. Men are much better at giving constructive criticism and advice because their needs are much simpler - just be nice, good looking, relatively smart, and virtuous, and guys will like you.

I understand. There are plenty of generalizations and buzzwords found in this sub. I believe that many who criticize TRP think about concepts in an all-or-nothing sort of way. I view TRP as a place to discuss theories about society & gender, and not a club or political party with a rigid set of rules to determine whether or not you fit in.

That's similar to why I still think like a libertarian but am no longer active in the party. My personal freedom is ultimately more important than sending a message. It's almost impossible to change a political system but it's relatively easy to improve your personal circumstances.

I like this guy, but anyway, one point that stuck out to me was how she wanted to sleep with other men and have it be "purely physical" as if that was some sort of consolation. If my SO had to have an affair, I'd strongly prefer it to be one of those sex-free "emotional" ones.
