16	How Do You Know If “I Have a Boyfriend” Means She’s Not Interested or Just Testing You? Women are, more often than men, socialised to be pleasant and not antagonistic. If a guy doesn't leave / stop flirting after they express they are not interested / in a relationship, they may often reciprocate just to be polite and/or to not hurt or anger the guy.
