I don't think you need to 'force' yourself to be opinionated, either; everyone naturally has opinions on things. You should be confident enough to share your opinion, even if its a dissent.

I have long hair, but for men with short hair I think it's important to keep a clean fade (high, mid, or low, doesn't matter). If it's unusually long on the sides to me it looks childish. Downside: haircuts are expensive. Upside: look good feel good

Some people call it 'social lubricant'. Be chatty with everyone whenever the opportunity strikes (just waiting in line for food, whatever). Then when a cute girl comes along you just go right into it. You have to act quickly though because if you start to overthink then you'll freeze up and kill your chance.

Yeah. The difference is "I want you" vs "I need you". Women want the first one, not the second one. If you need her, it means you're not confident in your own life without women, and you don't have any other alternatives if she isn't interested. "I want you" means that you have a great life that you enjoy and fulfills you outside of dating, and in terms of dating there are women out in the world who want you to ask them out, but you chose HER. That's absolutely one of the MOST ATTRACTIVE qualiti…

This is a really dangerous mentality to have. Ignore your facial features (that can't be changed without expensive plastic surgery). What are you doing to improve your body/weight, your fashion/style, and your personality? These are things that take more work than money. And these are the absolute most important things in life.

What does have a game plan mean?

Mmmmm sorta. You still have to be in places where you have an excuse to interact with new people (birthday parties, Super Bowl parties, meetups for some hobby you do, going out with friends or friends of friends). They're not going to come to you if you're just sitting on your couch at night watching TV. Choose a workout plan that you enjoy and gets you in shape, choose a fashion/clothing style that makes you feel good (this is different for everyone), don't just wear what people say you "should…

Uhhh yeah if they politely (or not so politely) ask you to leave then you 100% leave. You can usually tell pretty early on if someone's open to chatting.

This would only be bad if he implied that he was looking for a committed relationship in order to get her in bed on that first date. Then once they've slept together, then he can keep implying that he's eventually going to be exclusive with her after they keep hooking up. That's dishonest. If he's very upfront with his intentions throughout this entire interaction (there's never an implication that this is leading to something exclusive), then I don't see any issue. The women know what they're g…

Even if she does have a boyfriend, he's not there (for whatever reason, maybe long-distance or travelling or who knows) so you still might have a meaningful conversation even if it doesn't lead to a relationship or whatever.

I think good looking guys who do creepy shit get turned down a lot, though. They have an advantage because lots of women want the initial contact, but once they start talking and they're creepy assholes a lot of women get turned off. The average guy with a great personality won't have as many women hoping he'll talk to her, but once they do start chatting the women will have fun and be happy.

I think he meant that having perfect facial features are a lot less important than you'd think, and all the stuff he mentioned are as important / more important than having nice eyes/nose/chin/whatever. By the way, the stuff he does mention do refer to looks (style/fashion, being in shape, etc) so it's not literally as if looks do not matter at all.

idunno, I've seen women do this and it looks awesome, I definitely think a guy could pull it off successfully but that's a pretty advanced level style choice and not for someone who is reading a guide hahah

I absolutely wasn't intending to chat with a woman, but I was at a bar alone and a woman stood next to me to try to get the bartender's attention. He walked away just as she came up, so she mentioned "Damn just missed him." And so I just said "Oh are you English? Are you visiting or do you live here?" And we ended up chatting for like 10-15min about all kinds of stuff and exchanged email addresses lol. It wasn't even intentional but being a foreigner is a super easy ice breaker.

I think he meant that he treats an attractive woman like it's his little sister (which sort of makes sense).

Seconding that you don't need to be a dick, you just need to be confident in yourself and be willing to assert your opinions and desires. Assertiveness and arrogance/asshole-ishness aren't the same.

Guys and girls still don't understand each other at all. A guy looks at a cute girl and thinks "dude that girl could bang or date any of those three guy friends that are silently lusting over her". But in her head she's thinking "oh god I wonder if any of these guys like me I wonder if they're going to ask me out or make a move". And the girl will try to hint to it as much as possible (to the people she's interested in) without fully making the move and the guy has to make that last leap.

Also some people have ugly personalities. OP might be annoyingly arrogant and arrogance is a huge turnoff for a lot of people.

I had a best female friend who I talked to every day for a year and hung out with all the time and then one day out of the blue she was dating another guy from our friend group, and they'd been seeing each other in private for like a month. I was super depressed about it, a few weeks after I found out a chance encounter happened where we hung out together alone, and at the end of the night I told her that I had feelings for her. She's a genuinely kind person and was super cool about it, told me …
