| 2 | Becoming exceptional: Part 1.I agree. Obviously OP isn't wrong and his advice isn't bad but I don't see how doing all these things make you "exceptional". Yes you can do physical stuff others can't, that's pretty impressing. If your goal is to impress others or to be good at yoga/martial arts/whatever do it but this is not being exceptional.
