Who care's what she wants to hear, she's a woman.

Real men sacrifice themselves. Real women sacrifice themselves. That's pretty much how I differentiate an adult from a child.

Sort of. We take a lot of Freud for granted too like the unconscious mind, the ego and super ego. They've made it into the mainstream lexicon and people point to his other theories as laughable now.

It feels like the dividing point they are driving is seperation between men and women. Also between Christians and non-Christians. Between conservatives and liberals. Between straight people and LGBT people. Between white people and minorities. That's why we have shaming words such as homophobe, Islamaphobe, misogynist, the modern use of racist. They are dividing anywhere they can. The only place discussion happens anymore is in echo chambers, whether on facebook, reddit, or in real life. Any di…

Great post man! Also, when you fail, don't binge. You hit a new deadlift PR and decide you deserve a fap. Now that you've fapped once you go, "I've broken my streak, whats the worst doing it again can do?", and then suddenly you've relapsed. OP, when you fail to meet a goal, pick yourself up and try again with the knowledge you gained from the failure, but DON'T BINGE.

Yeah I had the exact same thoughts as your second paragraph shortly after my post. Your first paragraph is interesting though considering that archetypes come with their weaknesses. Thanks for the insight.

Good write up. This thread is the first time I've heard of Sigma and it's definitely my natural inclination. Thanks for not just glamourising it, but highlighting it's weak points too.

"Girl who outranks your SMV" "Male quivalent alpha widow" "subsequent sexual experiences tainted by past experience" Symptoms include lack of abundance mentality, rumination on single woman even when bedding other women. Diagnosis: Oneitis. I disagree and assert that oneitis can be had by a guy who has or hasn't had sex with the woman in question. Happens a lot after sex due to lack of abundance mentality.

I wrote a short-sited example, perhaps I should have expanded further. I meant a woman having a college degree sets her market floor at men who have college degrees. They don't have to be in or working on a career. Since she's an "educated woman" she feels entitled to an educated man. Of course she's still open to the self-made man provided his SMV is high enough.

I'm surprised nobody has said his, but we have a word for it, oneitis.

Easy, parent-funded increase in SMV. By becoming a nurse, they can bump elbows with doctors all day, and so forth. "I'm looking for someone as career-driven as I am."

Outcome independence boys. That's the vocabulary and OP showed you how to do it. Quit worrying about the end goal and have fun with the process. If you're thinking about laying her you're gonna worry about every little detail in your set and how it relates to that goal and she'll pick up on this. Your brain has read the sidebar, various GLO and archwinger posts, best sorted by all time, now relax, have fun, and let it do it's thing. Trust me, you've all got it in you.

We're a utility to have our resources bought with pussy. That's why post wall women love the dead bedroom man who gives them everything, save for branch swinging.

Action dates are good first dates. I've simply invited a girl to a park to throw a Frisbee and that's all it took. I'm a bit surprised by this post as I had Netflix and chill pegged down as a date for an established plate since she's knows what "Netflix and chill" means.

Take an exercise bike and turn it's rotational energy into lateral energy at the front using the same linkage you would see on the wheels of an old locomotive. Attach a fleshlight to the end of this linkage. Get fit, get fucked!

I'll try and find a study when I get home if you want, but I do recall reading that meditation and physical exercise have greater antidepressant effects than placebo and even of prescription antidepressants. Doing both should work wonders.

Craigslist my man. $60 for squat rack and bench, free bar from a buddy, $100 for 300lbs of plates. Pull up bar for door from amazon $30.

Thanks. I'm 6 or 7 weeks into my progression though, wouldn't think I would need to take time off already. My other lifts are still progressing and I believe to be recovering in time for the next workout so I'm gonna try a deload.

Chinups with a 5 plate today had to negative my last rep. Making progress though, first day couldn't make it past three reps without negatives in my first set. At a 130 squat right now and found it difficult today. Maybe need to eat more? Possibly approaching a deload already? Getting 3100 calories consistently but I also walk a couple miles a day at work; retail management.

Phraks greyskull M/W/F for me. Been doing it almost two months and I love it. Will be looking more to adding activity on my off days. Oct 5th: 135 on squat today. Came at it with intensity and I'm going up to 140 on friday. Deloading bench press on friday, couldn't maintain form under weight and my shoulders suffered. Ordered 1.25 lb plates as well to further follow the program to a T. Oct 16th: Still haven't missed a workout and 8 weeks in. Stats are at 180 dead, 155 squat, 120 bench and climbi…

When I was 13 I used to practice magic as a hobby. I got very good at it and still value it very much as a skill. I enjoy watching other magicians perform but I'm never amazed by the sleight of hand anymore. I know exactly how he did it almost all the time when it comes to sleight of hand magic, however, where I once found entertainment in the illusion and the trick, I now find in the magicians performance and banter. The red pill is like that.

Exactly. I apply these principles and readings in my management at work as well as with the conversations I have with employees and customers alike. There's definitely a perceivable difference in the respect people treat me and my decisions with now versus two months ago.

No. Women have their needs and so do men. Feminism is about making the feminine imperative the mainstream idea, so as women's needs will be society's goal. It's a parasitic idea that takes and never gives back.

I originally started and failed at lifting many times before my current streak because I was lifting to build muscles for women. It wasn't until the red pill side bar really spelled it out for me that no one will ever care for me like my parents did, and I'm the only one who can care for myself now that I started to lift for myself. My attitude about lifting went flipped overnight and it's the thing I look forward to most of the time. It's got positive mental effects too.

Cleaned out my closet 2 weeks ago. Left all electronic components, computer parts, exercise equioment, and gun shooting accessories. Only things pertain to who I want to be in the future were kept. It's so much more peaceful not having so much junk. And the closet, a walk-in, is damn near bare.

Thanks for the closure, JP. Haha. No but I'm glad to see that I had some RP ideas that I subscribed to before I found this place. While the idea hasn't been particularly useful to me previously I'm happy to learn something new, especially the bit about giving up your pride. It was the same meaning I gained when I first had the idea, but this new angle helped solidify it.

Piggy-backing on point number one, read the polarizing and demographics chapters from Models by Mark Manson. They were the greatest resource for getting me into the mindset of doing things for myself and not women.

Both exercise and meditation have mood-elevating effects that statistically are more effective than anti-depressants, which have recently been shown to work only as good as placebos. Maybe later I can provide a source. I'm on mobile, but look it up if you have time.

Yep, in hindsight I'm glad I didn't do it, though I probably would have had I been a member. If I want to leave my good mark on the world I will invent something that makes life easier for others, and I intend to.

So would you rather it be a split picture showing both man and woman abused? Is there another ad further down the street that shows a man abused and a woman as the aggressor? I don't think your title holds water based on this picture alone. EDIT: If you're gonna downvote me at least explain why. I don't understand Russian and so far the evidence does not live up to OP's title.

I agree wholeheartedly with kaminohanshin, but isn't it antithetical to then go out and try to get the biggest muscles, the fastest car, and the prettiest girl? To get the fanciest degree that nets you the best job and puts you at the top of the leaderboard? So what I'm asking is basically are you doing this because you're competetive and pushing yourself to be the best at a life that has already been figured out (college, girl, car, house), or are you actually chasing your desires?

My old university used to have it's newspapers displayed on little wire racks near the entrance to buildings. If you have a legit article, and perhaps a team or MRA group, print your own article and place it alongside the newspapers. Perhaps an article about why the paper won't let you voice your opinion because you're "not oppressed enough".

True that. I starting talking to this girl who would not let me forget she was an amateur model. Once she found it clear that just being a model doesn't impress me, she went running back to her ex-bf. I had already called it off at that point. Soooooo many red-flags.

experts in Sweden want to change the law there so that the burden of proof is on the accused; the alleged rapist would have to show that he got consent, instead of the victim having to prove that she didn't give it.
