I am thankful for your input based on the UK's approach. I sincerely wish that, as a whole, we could benefit from these findings. But there are just too many agendas at stake it always seems to unify findings, and be open about said inequality.

Instantly reminded me of this video. It seems that if a woman is the abuser, it's justified. When a man shares his opinion against it, he's instantly painted as a supporter of abuse and oppression.

That's another thing I hate; When even the victims are subject to social stereotypes. Pain happens to everyone, it's not just restricted to certain groups. Emotions are NOT restricted to just females, just because the world media portrays men as stone cold emotionless walking penises.

There's just been a lifelong saying I've lived with about arguments and disagreements. An argument is when two people fight, and one or the other party won't/isn't listening to the other. Still reading, not sure of it's credibility, but this article says males make up more than 40% of the victims. I'm not versed in online news websites, but I definitely know The Guardian is a large news source. Edit: Although this is domestic violence statistics. My search must have been very broad, so I'll attempt to narrow it down by sub-type of abuse.

I've been going through counseling. If I was one who really needed straight up therapy, I doubt I would have had the balls to say anything and just came up with an excuse to leave.

This brings up another sentiment that I've been fuming about for quite some time. Although one may feel the need to speak up for another, it can be very unnecessary when they already have a powerful voice. Thinking back, it's definitely a very prevalent issue that needs to be addressed in the early education systems. In Elementary school for example, I've noticed that females are given preference over much more educational material than men, simply under the assumption that, "girls like learning, and boys don't even want to go to school." What an amazing display of equal opportunity based education...

Thank you. I just appreciate that there is support from the community in this matter, because every time I get the chance to put in my two cents, no one ever seems to be open about any of these views. Their behavior of either condescending tolerance to my own, or violent protesting and oppression of my opinions have been piling up as rather offensive, and are burning out my nerves.
