Oh you used inner engineering, nice. Sadhguru has also been very instrumental in my own self-dev journey. Thanks for the extra motivation to be more consistent with my yoga practice ;)

Gap year. Working visa in Australia for example. Work like mad, make bank, grow your character and then go travel SEA to relax a bit. Next year, apply as soon as possible to as many Uni as possible. Godspeed m8

Performance anxiety. As soon as you notice you're not hard you get in your head and make it worse. It's a vicious cycle. It's all about relaxing, getting out of your head and increasing your Immersion. You're here to have a good time, no pressure. Practice meditation, read about tantric sex and read "The sex god method".

I will get better but it will take time. Don't bullshit yourself, you know that's the addiction/child talking. Ask : What would a healthy MAN do?

Due to brain chemistry, hormones and the fact that women can become pregnant when they have sex women experience sexual interaction differently then men. When a man has sex he is capable of not becoming emotionally attached. High partner count in men does not correlate to higher rates of infidelity in marriage. When women have sex and orgasm they release a bonding chemical called oxytocin. This chemical connects a female partner to her sexual partner. There are two things that make women good wi…

Frenchfrog here. Thank you for the input. I'll be doing a 6 months internship in Boston next March. What do you think about the city ?

I remember 6-7 years ago when I began lurking 4chan /pol/. I couldn't tell if they were just making dark jokes ("gas the kikes", "911 is an inside job" etc...) or if they truly believed powerful jews were evil, the holocaust never happened and so on. I then searched for myself (ww1&2, freemasonry, zionism, usury etc... (see TGSNT or Europa the last battle )) and progressively unlearned the propaganda i was taught in school. The lies and conditioning are so obvious now, just like woman hypergamy …

The glucose is stored in the muscle, liver and fat tissue. So as expected, I indeed do feel stronger when "carbed up" since the muscles are filled with easily disposable energy. Once you've burnt through the liver and muscle glycogen you start hitting fat reserves (one of the reasons why it's better to do cardio at the end of the workout) which catabolism is harder than muscle's, hence the diminished strength. Some tips I can give if you wish to lift and remain in ketosis are to warmup longer th…

I do agree, newbie gains are quite wonderful in that sense. But my point was about the reduced inflammation and short rest periods thanks to a diet low on carbs. Only a fool would expect consistent weekly PR's as an intermediate/advanced lifter.

IF definitely has its benefits if your lifestyle allows it. I started my RP journey 6months ago with a big emphasis on body health and biochemistry optimization through IF, daily cold showers (most important one IMO, check the Wim Hoff method), ketogenic diet (check Dr Berg on YT), consistent heavy lifting, quality sleep and meditation. I've lost belly, cheecks and love handle fat and found it easier to gain strength and muscle. I feel better than ever physically and mentally : the morning cogni…

A man's purpose/mission and his job are often two very distinct things. (Search for "Mike Rowe passion" on YouTube)

"Europa - The Last Battle" is more accessible and accurate than TGSNT imo. Great content nonetheless.

Pregnancy-wise, I strongly advice against having sex without a condom. There is sperm in the precum and more often than not the first ejaculation shot can go unnoticed/before you pull out. Heck, even with a condom some crazy bitches will go as far to inseminate themselves with your load. Does the pleasure of going raw outweighs the life-wrecking event of getting this reckless girl pregnant ?
