This is bs. You have slightly better chances at a range of things but I know plenty of "losers" in life who meet your criteria.

Win win for you if you support your friend being overweight. I guess the "yelling" thing is different where a male groups of friends would raise an issue like this bluntly in a way which may appear mean, whereas women are more likely to support to their face while thinking they look overweight. I know I'd want to be told if I was overweight by my friends.

Well, you're defending being 180lbs consistently and rationalising it as being possible for a super "high sexual market value" woman to be. It's one of those things in dating, for both sexes, where being outside of the acceptable deviation from the ideal does rule out a lot of the "higher value" options. There's always going to be some men who fancy a roll with a curvy girl, but generally, the first marker of health and beauty is someone's weight.

Sure, but it is hypocritically bigoted to therefore use the term men's rights activist when it is an extreme subsection of them.

In the same way that there is an overlap between feminism and transphobia. It is not right to treat the two as cognates due to your assumptions based around a small sample group. Men's rights activists want things like fair treatment of men in legal decisions on parental custody, for single sex spaces to be allowed for men as well as women, for the opportunity for men to receive the same support service access as females, to address the differences in life expectancy and suicide rates... Redpill…

Yeah I feel for you here. It's a very tough situation for you and you've done as well as you can with it. Keep strong for yourself and your son, and treat yourself as well as you deserve. I'd also take some of the other comments with a pinch of salt. Plenty of people just want to sound superior from their keyboards by putting you down, or seem more "redpilled" by bragging about how much they follow it on an anonymous message board. Try and support her for your sons sake. His and your life will b…

I would actually argue that the reason she retreated would have been shame and rejection at you being disgusted with her, not to do with you looking after your son. Imagine if you knew she was disgusted at how you looked and behaved. She then sought out an affair to feel attractive.

Audrey, not accepting that this is the reality of life is the sad thing. From a purely visual and unsubstantiated vision of beauty, you are not the most beautiful person in the world to your partner, and neither are they to you... Partly because you are real, and reality is imperfect, and the idol is false, and can therefore be perfect.

Yeah I'm not belittling the violence faced by women or any of the issues they face. I agree with your original post and think that the sexualisation of clothing is another area of hypocrisy. As is body shaming (turn down a fat girl because of her obesity and you're seen as a monster).
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/20 10:43 PM

Well what I'm saying is often people who complain about womens clothing choices being sexualised, sexualise men's clothing choices in a hypocritical way (if they wear tight trousers, short shorts) eg.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/20 10:29 PM

As a case in point, as a female who does not wish to be sexualised, would you comment or behave differently if a man was wearing a tiny pair of bright coloured shorts? As a guy, pretty much all men I see will wear either a pair of jeans or dark coloured trousers, otherwise people say they're "peacock" dressing or doing it to get attention.

Huge generalisation here but... from what I see, men's attraction to women peaks when they are unfamiliar with a partner, while women's does after they have built a relationship with them.

Where have I said this at all? You can't say that tinder doesn't do this though- plenty of men on there will sleep with anyone who replies, if this is a problem, then it's the men creating it here. There's nothing wrong with virgins, good for them. But Reddit ideologies are certainly not the way to move out of it. Yes I look down upon men who choose to objectify women and women who choose to sexually objectivity men. I've not said there's anything wrong about being a nerd. It's not porn related, but one psychological explanation for people going for those that look like them is that attraction is tied to proximity and similarity, but once again yes- if you have a fetish for an ethnic subgroup based around a generalisation that they will be conditioned by society not to reject male advances, then of course…

Orientalism/ racial fetishisation at its finest... Literally half the world's women live in asia, a huge and diverse continent with many cultures. Of course, you mean just Japanese, Korean, and south East Asian women. At a push you might have visited one of these countries. No that's not what he's saying. What he's saying is everyone has their own desire, regardless of the other person involved, and the reasons behind it may be irrational or unknown or complicated. He's not saying it's right or wrong, he's saying it's immaterial. It's true. Nothing to do with law.

I mean yes, most men do. But most men also have an insecurity complex to some degree driving this. Men with less of this won't be afraid of a successful and complete wife, if anything it's going to be a massive plus.

Umm... Is this the case at all? It seems a hell of a lot more common to see older men with younger women than the other way round, and it's also pretty widespread that most pop stars, models, actresses etc are women in their 20s, who are generally the most desired women in society.

Protip: what really are the "feelings"? It's usually not "love". Often it's fear of isolation, worry about insufficiency, jealousy, lust, needing validation... Balled up into "feelings", and manipulated by dating partners playing.

Interesting too given statistically the sexuality/marriage group with highest levels of promiscuity are homosexual men, whereas with homosexual women the stats are largely similar. I'd posit that for heterosexual men the number is even less.

Also a marked increase in cooties risk. This has a rational and simple explanation though... Some STIs increase cancer risk or can cause them, people who've had more sex have higher chance of STIs... Therefore more cancer. It's certainly not cause and effect like the sensational headline puts across.

See the above post about inferiority young man...the doctrine of the red pill and universal alphas falls flat when for anyone to believe in it, involves them submitting to this hierarchy in which they are inferior. Attractive people are attractive. Confidence is attractive. Beyond this it depends who is in front of you, but fragile masculinity based around comparing yourself to others is going to attract someone with a similar comparative view of humanity. The alpha male is in the eye of the beholder. People have to different degrees an innate way of seeing the world, some more hierarchical than others, some more authority seeking. Rank based views of others is born from experienced inferiority and sometimes it's the household 'authority' figure who sets the future expectations for schema of what defines this ranking system in future. Where this isn't the case it's usually politics, religion, or seeking other doctrine's of authority to remove the …

Just looked through your post history and there's not much point in arguing this any further. You start with a big generalising claim though and carry on in that vein. In my experience most of my friends get treated well by guys they sleep with, apart from the ones who seem to only get treated badly but this tends to be from consistently going for guys that aren't emotionally available. I'm not putting across the "nice guy" argument, but I think the truth for the majority is somewhere in the middle of a spectrum between the redpill view and "nice guy" view. It may also be that we are fro…
