I agree with the prof here. I was falsely accused of sexual harassment after I caught one of the female clerks stealing from my company. She resigned (note: I didn't fire her), and charged me with unsubstantiated sexual harassment. I asked two different attorneys if I could either counter-sue and/or prosecute for the (well-documented) embezzlement. Both attorneys strongly advised against it!!

Exactly my point! The federal government has mandated the presentation of these 'orientation' programs. At some point it must have been passed through Congress. So a new Congress can reverse that with encouragement from President Trump, or alternatively the Prez can write an 'executive order' suspending such lectures.
