Honestly, it doesn't "suck" to be a girl. The patriarchal society and men try so fucking hard to make it that way though, that's for sure.

Such a pathetic existence. It's like every decision they make in their life revolves around their penis. Logical sex my ass.

This is something I need to work on I think (once I'm good and ready to be in a relationship again), but I get super anxious showing affection. Because almost always it seems to be a signal to men that it means I want sex. So I have trust issues with touching in a loving but non sexual manner. Why does everything have to lead to sex? Like, can I be affectionate without you grabbing my ass or boobs?

I never watched friends, but I think SATC was a product of its time. It was risqué to have a show following women that owned their sexuality and sexual appetite. Dating and feminism have definitely changed over the past 20 years but I think SATC was a good show for the late nineties /early 00's. But, yeah Carrie was definitely annoying when it came to Mr. Big, even in the movies.

And notice how he said "this family" and not "my family". It's like he's not even emotionally connected to his children at all.

Because if I don't, he won't. Just like a lot of women, it falls on us or it won't get done. The sooner everything is done the sooner he's out of life lol!! This has been a learning experience to say the least!

When we got married I put him on all my accounts cause I use a good bank. So I needed him to get insurance so I can take him off of mine. I wanted to make sure he had insurance, because I care lol (silly me). But for the apt, I always make sure I leave it the way it came. I've always been like that. And since I deal directly with the owner and not a property manager, it's a respect thing too. I'm just stuck doing everything per usual. Luckily, the divorce itself isn't messy, it's actually the le…

My hair was going grey from the stress of my failing marriage. Once the divorce process started and he left, my hair magically stopped going grey.

Had a patient's husband try to serve her divorce papers while she was getting CHEMO after being diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer. She was 32 at the time. God bless the nurses, they forbid him entering the infusion area. Fucking scumbag.
