I don't know if it's different or not, I'm not versed in US laws (besides what I see in movies). But these laws are relatively new in southwestern Europe. Here law states that you cannot be arrested without any evidence. But the point of this post is that men are not treated equally than women, under a rule called “Equality,” hence the MRA.

So, when men earn more than women that's a very bad thing that rejects equality. Fair statement. When women earn more than men... it's normal; nobody should feel offended. That's equality! (?) From my perspective, equality is not equal for both genders.

If the situation were the opposite, if a 6-year girl kissed a 6-year boy in the cheek I'm pretty sure that everybody would go "that's cute, how sweet," instead of acusing her of sexual harassment. Right now, the American vs. Non-American is not a big difference. Western countries are copying from America as much as they can. Everything is getting americanised, so in a 20 to 40-year period, all will become the same, sadly.
