11	The 2 week concept I cracked one day and deleted all the apps that don't actually benefit me. What do I get from scrolling through my Facebook feed? My answer was nothing so I deleted it. I repeated the process for other apps. The first few days are tough because you find yourself bored without the constant phone checking but then you start doing actually beneficial shit instead of wasting hours a day on useless apps.
