I always viewed men being a feminist the same way people view women's sports. Sure, you are not going to watch it instead of the superbowl, but if you are gifted season tickets, why the hell wouldn't you check out a game or two and legitimately root for them?

Yup you’re right, working 40 hours of roofing in July is totally the same as 40 hours of reception in an air conditioned office. No need to consider that both partners might agree that one job would enable them to do more at home.

The study you cite was done in Madrid and Barcelona. Pointing that out because there are probably a number of folks who would assume it was capturing the US job market, which is highly skewed to favor women.
