So you are talking about an ideal world, but if there was no draft, who would fight for the country? Not all nations would be like -"Yeah, they are so peaceful, let's leave them alone." Also, no voting rights without draft does seem to be logical option - you don't fight for your country, you don't have the power to govern a country (just my opinion). I think if getting into army would be an option, most would not prefer to join just to die fighting!

They would soon make it a no-female place. I saw something of similar happen in Australia. Where doctors were made to check up a female patient in front of someone else from the family, eventually they stopped treating the women because of the risks involved.

Yes, it very much depends on organization, I did a complain once and my pathetic HR straight away told the person and he made sure I was not involved in any good projects, he was at much higher position than me.

Drop a mail from a throwaway email id and cc it to almost all the people in the office (HR, CEO maybe). That might do the job. Edit : don't add anything that will identify you as mailer. Thanks for the award!!

Exactly, the OPs arguments comes from his support towards his ex, as mentioned in some of the comments, "she is just crazy can't help, but fix the organisation", he has some really bad inclination towards his ex.

I disagree, one should be open to their choice of liking insta photos, as well as hang out with friends of opposite gender (asking them to stay away from negative vibe people is a different thing), I think if you don't trust your SO, there is no point in calling them SO.

No matter how small the number is, it should never be the case of - guilty until proven innocent. Would you say the same for theft, someone put an allegation without any proof for theft on her, should she be immediately taken into custody considering that she has done the crime? Should it be the same for murder, robbery, or any other crime? Sexual harassment is also a crime, we should treat it as one, and not make it a so call exceptions because of gender biases. I would like to quote William Bl…

Jordan became the first female in the UK to be convicted of coercive and controlling behaviour and was sentenced to seven and a half years in prison. This is really sad, she is the first women to be convicted of the above mentioned crime, imagine how many would have done the same and are roaming around freely.

Indeed, it seems, whenever men take a stand for men's right, they are marked as misogynist, I have seen some amazingly bs arguments from radical feminists, when I counter this by saying that "feminist have been doing this from last couple of years and should I call them misandrist?", and they just leave the argument, there is no coming back from that. It's good to see people understanding the double standards, thanks for your answers. I would just have one suggestion though, in my opinion we as …

I agree that we men are to be blamed. I don't think treating them shit got any problems, I think the problem started when we started treated them like goddess, treated them as they were above, when we should have treated them to be equals maybe.
