Wasn't gonna write you a novel but it also includes; men are naturally more driven to higher goals and perceived better by higher-ups when striving towards a goal, women are seen as 'bitchy' if they're demanding in the work place. Along with that, women are naturally less aggressive therefor they usually won't receive as much. Also, women sometimes make decisions based on emotion, rather than logic which can mean a work place issue could be decided based on a grudge rather than a logical decisio…

No it's not. The reason that the "gender wage gap" exists is because women choose lower paying jobs more often than men. Jobs that involve child care or some form of 'nurturing' aspect typically are filled by women, so not it's not
