I'm not a guy but I would imagine this would be a dealbreaker for a lot of people - having their partner basically tell them they are not worthy of having a biological child with. It would be more understandable if they had something genetically wrong that could pose a risk to future children, like Huntington's or cystic fibrosis. But still, even that would be eugenics.
