You honestly think you can't gain weight on keto? Here's a hint. Find any calorie controlled diet that says keto offers any increased weight loss vs any other diet. It's still calories. Keto works because you eat under your tdee. Same as any other diet. 1500 calories a day keto == 1500 callories a day zone diet. It's all calories.
