And then later they tell him to hit the gym... so he can meet a new girl. It’s like beating lung cancer and then just switching brands of cigarettes thinking that must have been the problem.

I know this isn't really the subject of your post, but this sentence struck a chord with me: I need to find another purpose, another path because it turned out life doesn't work how I was taught and how I thought. This is what I'm struggling with. I have tons of hobbies, a fulfilling career, I travel, i have friends, etc. but none of that really gives me a deep sense of purpose. I think for me this is the core of what tempts me back towards the plantation, even though I swallowed the red pil…

Man, even when I was married and blue-pilled af I saw this. I even commented on it to my (now ex) wife before (got to see hamstering firsthand then too!). She loved "breaking the gender roles" to be a "strong independent female" but then when it came to things like yard work and paying the bill at restaurants she all of a sudden was "very traditional". So it just resulted in me doing literally everything. I even remember when we got new sod put in, i was going to be gone for a weekend and she re…

/r/marriage is even worse imo. You expect divorce to be horror stories. But marriage should have some positives right? Well it’s also about 90% people bitching about how miserable their marriage is.

I actually have that same red dot. It's more of a budget red dot, but I love mine. I did have to replace the riser it came with though because that one was cheap Chinese shit and always wiggled loose after a couple rounds. So if you have that problem too just get a new riser on Amazon for like $8. Enjoy!

You should really divorce yourself from mainstream/popular media and culture, at least until you can get your head in the right place. This really helped me a lot. Stop checking the news. Delete your news apps, cancel your cable, whatever you have to do. I even got rid of Netflix and Hulu. And obviously get off of social media. This stuff is all set up to get you riled up. Even if you're in your own echo chambers (this sub for example) you will still be surrounded by things that will only agitat…

If your state isn't no-fault (like mine was) then you might as well start building up as much evidence on her as you can, so that when you're finally ready to leave the plantation you have a really solid case. Also I'd start hoarding away some cash that you can use to spend on a celebration with a massive amount of booze and hookers the day you escape that god awful situation. Wish you the best brother.

I have often dreamed about living a lifestyle pretty much exactly like what you're doing, but always talk myself out of it when I start really thinking about the details of it. I think the biggest thing for me is figuring out where to park it... do you just go stay in RV parks? It seems like those can be really expensive. The other thing is the winter... I live in the midwest where we can have some pretty brutal winters. So do you just pack up and go south for the winter? Or do you somehow winte…

That’s what gets me... I’ve literally never heard anyone actually refute the merits of the MGTOW philosophy. Never heard anyone give a logical reason of why our beliefs are wrong. They only use petty insults and personal attacks. Posts like this just further my belief we are right because they have nothing besides calling us “snowflakes.”

I completely agree with all of this. If girls want to do the same thing, they have every opportunity, if not more to create their own org (hell, the government would probably help fund it), and do whatever they want with it. You're totally right, but the funny thing is, a co-ed scouting group that is focused on outdoor activities (like boy scouts) already exists. It's called venture scouts. Holy shit, I've never been to that sub until now, but what a haven of red pills. It's just "marriage" not "badmarriage" or "unhealthymarriage". So there should be some posts celebrating how great marriage is, right? But oddly... I can't seem to find a single post that isn't just complaining or bitching about how terrible it is. Interesting... almost like getting married isn't that great or something.

Or why is there a women’s chess world championship? It’s a completely non physical game that anyone in the world could easily pick up and learn to play for free. You could play it with some rocks and lines drawn in the dirt if you wanted. So what reason could there possibly be for having to separate men and women? It’s almost like there are some differences between the sexes or something.

Going to bed and waking up everyday, with no one. No one to share my accomplishments with or go out with As someone that was married, going to bed and waking up alone every day is far better than going to bed and waking up next to someone that makes you miserable. Man, this reminded me of another thing. What is with women constantly going on and on about their health issues? I guess it's a way of fishing for sympathy and attention. I see this all the time though. There's this woman in my office that goes on forever, pretty much every day, describing in depth all of her health problems. It's like, jesus christ, I don't want to hear all this, shut the fuck up. Luckily I sit back in the corner with huge headphones on all day so no one ever bothers me. But I …

His wife would surely know he spent six grand on something five years ago. They're living paycheck to paycheck... she would notice six grand going missing. If she's at all suspicious, she could easily hire a forensic accountant to find it during the divorce.

It's a catch 22. If you shower her with attention and "chase" her as this image suggests, you're a needy beta and she'll go fuck Chad. On the other hand, if you don't worship the ground she walks on and instead treat her like a normal, fellow human being, then you aren't attentive enough, and she'll go fuck Chad. There's no winning.

I actually had that experience so if I ever start to feel like I'm being pulled to some blue pill shit I just recall all the memories of my ex wife's lies, manipulation, and complete lack of empathy when she was cheating. If the memories alone don't do the trick, I have all the texts from that time saved and I can just flip through those and in about 20 seconds I will find myself laughing for even considering getting involved with women again.

No i wouldn't, and that's why I wouldn't have sex with her. I do not believe that having sex without consequences is a basic human right. You know the risks when you have sex and you accept them. If she ends up getting knocked up, you can't just fucking kill the baby because it's inconvenient to you. That's the most deranged, selfish shit I ever heard of. If having a baby with a woman would ruin your life, then don't put your dick in her. End of story.

I'm also an eagle scout and this pisses me off so much. Thinking about what all my years of scouting would have been like with girls around the whole time... God it would have been awful. I have to agree with the other posters that this is nothing more than destroying a male space. They had venture scouts they could always join if they didn't like girl scouts. Yeah, this girl wasn't scared of any consequences at all. The way she laughed and smiled at me was basically mocking me for not being able to do anything. That's scary that you see this kind of behavior often. Out of curiosity, are most bouncers pretty hardened and aware of this kind of behavior from women? Or are there a lot of white knight bouncers as well?
/r/MensRights11/10/17 06:05 PM

Exactly. This chick was extremely attractive so I knew I'd be facing white knights and I'd probably get arrested and there would be zero consequences for the girl. Looking back now I still don't really know what I would do if I were put in that situation again.

I would define my entire life as a program and women as a feature that is highly prone to bugs that tend to crash the entire thing. Many men unfortunately come to the sad conclusion that the only way to fix it is to throw away the entire program. Instead I ask myself how necessary the "woman feature" really is. Doesn't seem like it's worth the constant hassle and bug fixes that are always fucking my shit up. The feature doesn't really provide that much usefulness to the program anyway. So I just…

Patriarchy never existed. Who is in power here... the man that works 16 hours a day to become CEO and stay there, or the woman that reaps all the rewards from that hard work? Men have always sacrificed for women. Our idea of power is incorrect. Simply being in a high position is not power when it is only to serve women and children.

Oh my fucking god, this gives me flashbacks. The lack of empathy... and you can hear her starting to twist it at the end and act like she's the victim, and that the whole thing was so traumatizing for her. That's EXACTLY what my ex wife did when I caught her. Kept saying "you have no idea what I was going through and what this is like for me". I was too dumbfounded to even respond to that. Watching this again gave me chills.

Yeah, these comments are fucked. I like this one: Most of the women I know (source: am 30 something woman with lots of woman friends) absolutely find their sexual attraction to change often, and is also very dependent on personality and experiences vs. looks. Both are important, but the cumulative attraction oscillates A LOT. This is not unusual. Maybe it's unusual for men, I don't know, am not a man. But it's literally the majority of women I know that don't feel ingrained sexual attraction tha…

Yeah, actually the women that are "anti-feminist" are the most dangerous. You can see feminist women and know their true nature within seconds. These "tradcon" women are much sneakier. They're just appealing to what men want, but in reality, they're exactly the same. Just like a woman will "chameleon" herself and take on a guys interests and hobbies, she will do the same with politics and beliefs to get what she wants.

This is why MGTOW is so important. People say this community is toxic and hateful, but those people simply can't or don't want to understand. It's not even about the community, it's about the philosophy. Realizing that there is another way to live your life. I was in the same place as this guy, and even though my situation wasn't as bad (didn't have kids), I can totally relate to the feeling of wanting to give up. Not related to work, but still on-topic... When I was going through my divorce, very early on my ex-wife wanted to come to the house to discuss splitting all of our personal property. When you experience the lack of empathy first hand, it's absolutely chilling. Realizing that (in my case) a decade of your life was entirely meaningless. It makes you feel like a complete idiot. Like a literal tool that has been exhausted of it's usefulness and discarded. Words can't even describe the helpless feeling when you're exposed to such cruelty.

I was having a similar problem so I just told myself I'd go 30 days without drinking. Yesterday was actually day 30 so really I could drink tonight but I don't think I'm going to. I think I'll wait til the weekend and grab a beer with a buddy. The fact that I feel that way now tells me the 30 days really helped. My goal was to get back to moderation so I don't know if that's feasible for you since you said you can't have just one, but 30 days is a good start. It's a good way to test your will an…

Sometimes I feel being MGTOW is rather lonely but I don't have another path to go to. MGTOW isn't something that you just default to because you've given up. If that's how you feel you don't belong here. MGTOW is a way of life that is chosen after realizing the truths about our modern society. That point aside, I agree with many of the other posters. Another thing I would add is get a dog. And I mean a real dog, one that will be a constant companion. Not a dog that you will keep in a cage all da…

I'm actually in the process of trying to break a drinking habit. I wasn't a drunk or anything like that, but it was a habit. I'd come home from work, open a beer, and just sip on alcohol basically all night. Probably 3-5 drinks every weeknight on average, and then plenty more on the weekends because it would be all day long, rather than just after work. Like I said, I rarely ever got drunk, but I definitely liked to ride a mild buzz. Anyway, I don't want to give up drinking 100% because it's som…

You can always spot these annoying millennial liberals just by the tone of their writing. They're so immature that they still think using swear words makes the edgy and cool. Reading stuff like this makes me cringe at the same level as hearing these retards chant "Fuck Donald Trump" in the streets. Most of this generation is a complete embarrassment to mankind.

Yup. This shit just makes you feel like their little pet. Also, a bit unrelated, but the astute MGTOW will also notice that several items on this list were purposely left open ended, rendering the reward unobtainable should the woman not feel like giving it (spoiler - she won't feel like giving it)

Dude, I just watched this a couple weeks ago too! I noticed all the same shit from this girl. She's intolerable. When she's crying on the bed "I can't trust anyone... i just wanna go find Pat." Any time I'd get anxious, insecure or question her she'd flip out on me and make ME FEEL GUILTY and hate myself thinking I'm crazy and she'd let me live with that and go to bed angry and sad. She gave me an ultimatum saying I needed to get on medication for my anxiety and insecurities at one point, because I should know better that she'd never do anything of the sort to me. That last sentence, holy shit, hahahaha. I see this all the time now, even with my own friends and family. Married couples have no respect for each other. At no other point in time would it have been acceptable for a married woman to go alone on a multi-day road trip with another man. Of course, feminism has taught us that if the husband were to express some discomfort with the idea he would be oppressive and controlling her. The traditional family is gone and is a lost cause. I thought about that after posting, but my point still stands. It's odd because usually the alternative to MGTOW is settling down with a woman. This illustrates someone that hasn't done that, but it appears that's what he wants. I would like to make another comic showing what it's like if you actually do that and how it's almost the same except there's a nagging wife you can't please and you're trapped. This is not someone that has embraced MGTOW. MGTOW is complete freedom. If you're living your life as depicted in the comic, that's on you, as there's nothing holding you back from doing whatever the fuck you want. Great job, you found a few examples on the internet. I'm talking about in mainstream culture. Of course you can find a few examples here and there, but I've never seen the NFL raising prostate cancer awareness. The average life expectancy for women is somewhere around 5 years longer than for men in the US. What better indicator of privilege is there than one group living longer than another? Workplace deaths, military deaths, suicide, homelessness... all dominated by men. Hell, if you go on a cruise today they will still tell you "women and children go in the life boats first". Then you also take into consideration things like the amount of money and support that go into women's health issues vs men's.…

Our ancient ancestors were far more advanced than we are today. The modern man is often (and not even always) trained to know one specialized skill that he needs to make money. In almost all other ways he's completely useless. If shit hits the fan and everyone has to be able to acquire the most basic things necessary to survive - food, water, and shelter, the vast majority of humans today would die.

I don't even believe that part. If I had to guess I would say that in reality she said "oh yeah, what would you rate me?" Then how are you any different from them? The entire reason we are all here is because we know women lie and cheat to get what they want. You're doing the same shit so you're no better than they are. If you're fine with that then whatever. I would say that makes you a shitty person though. And it just perpetuates the problem because now they can say "well we cheat because men cheat."

I feel bad for the guy. Everyone here is shitting on him calling him a "beta" and whatever but he's just another victim of the system. I'm sure he's had to face rejection by women his entire life and rather than waking up he's fallen into the self-loathing mindset that he's not good enough and is actually doing women a favor by not having sex with them. It's no wonder men are four times more likely to kill themselves.

Do MGTOW really even care if society changes? Isn't the idea that we know the system won't change, therefore the only option is to abandon it? Personally I've accepted the way things are, decided to go my own way, and couldn't give a fuck what everyone else does.

That's a great question... this is another one of the great gifts of feminism. Initiating contact is still almost universally the male responsibility. If he does it wrong he gets to face rejection. If he does it really wrong he may face jail time.

I agree with a lot of this, but really I think an even bigger thing for me was the realization that the "commitment" of marriage is absolutely meaningless. It's more of just an "I'll agree to try" for women than a real commitment to the vows you make on the altar. For me, and I'm sure most men, when I made my vows I knew exactly what I was getting into and I meant every word of it. For her though, saying the vows and making the "commitment" was just going through the motions and saying some shit…

The fact that women have easier standards to pass for the army PFT seems so bizarre and messed up. They cry equality in the military but don't want to be held to the same standard as men. Of course they still collect the same paycheck as men though. /r/MensRights26/06/17 08:13 PM

I think it's likely referring to other cultures in history (and maybe even still currently?) where they had arranged marriages and the bride and groom couldn't see each other until they were married. People will say this is an example of patriarchy but Farrell is making the point that this isn't in the man's favor in any way and asking you to consider if we would call it female privilege if the roles were reversed. That was my interpretation at least.

I'm currently reading The Myth of Male Power and it's been incredibly eye opening. A couple quotes I've written down as I've been reading: "Registering all our 18-year-old sons for the draft in the event the country needs more soldiers is as sexist as registering all our 18-year-old daughters for child-bearing in the event the country needs more children" - p. 130 "It saddened men who watched women their age get a head start on their careers while they fought in a war that tore apart their souls…
