It is how it is and it doesn’t matter why. It’s just biology essentially. You won’t change anything by being pissed off about it, it’s entirely self defeating. So keep crying about it or learn to embrace the game.

Except you aren't really "connecting" with anyone because you don't really know them at all. Sex with someone you really know and love deeply is so much better, it's not even comparable.
