One basic truth of life is that people who understand the least about a subject are the ones most likely to speak about it in an authoritative way. So if you are outspoken and opinionated, you basically are telling people that you’re an idiot. On the other hand, someone who is knowledgeable and wise is typically soft-spoken and careful about what they say because they feel a certain responsibility with handling this subject that they have invested interest in for many years. This leads into one …

u/barracudaRP, huge respect for this response. The red pill, and specifically this sub, saved me and my marriage many years ago. After learning the core knowledge I haven’t posted much but do check in from time to time and often refer Redditors to it. But what I’ve noticed is that the sub took a dark turn 2-3 years ago, heavily promoting dread and extra-marital affairs over the delayed gratification of repairing a nearly dead marriage. So while my strongly worded comments above are in response t…

The 10 commandments, and nearly all moral law can be summarized: Don’t be selfish So I’m amazed and a bit embarrassed that so many on this sub bastardize red pill knowledge to excuse the extremely selfish act of having an affair. Do you all not realize that trust is the core foundation of modern society, and that your marriage is the most fundamental contract you will ever make? If all, or even just many, men acted in the same selfish way you all promote, society would devolve into war and chaos…

The only HPV test is a Pap smear of a women’s cervix. Otherwise it’s biopsy of a cancer lesion when one presents. Realize it takes 10-20 years for HPV related cancer to present (lesion get big enough to be noticed). So all there is to do right now is get the HPV vaccine. Everyone should get vaccinated, esp those in this sub. If they tell you you’re too old, ignore it. Pay for it out of pocket if you have to. It’s highly helpful in preventing infection by one of the HPV types that lead to cancer.…

Doctor here. That’s correct. However if you have one HPV type you’re very likely to also have encountered other types. That is, the more partners you’ve had the more likely you’ve been exposed to multiple types of the virus.

I once thought of selling books online at a discount. Do you think I earned 40 billion dollars? I’ve bought some stock in a few fledgling companies. Do I deserve for one of those companies to boom and to walk away with billions? My point is that no one person can earn that sort of money. They just get lucky by being in the right place at the right time.

Christianity is not about self-hate. God doesn’t want you to think about yourself at all. Think about it, at the core of all sin is selfishness. And what’s the greatest commandments? Love the lord your God and love your neighbors as yourself. Jesus was as alpha as can be. Dude was a carpenter (more like mason back then) so was probably very muscular simply from doing man-work. His power was steadfastly promoting the gospel, no matter how welcoming or hostile the audience. So to be alpha as a Chr…

You are wrong. You’re describing a feminist, but there are good solid women out there (like my wife) who makes me dinner, has the kids on their best behavior, keeps a clean house, etc. If I had a hard day she leaves me alone and puts the kids to bed by herself. Then she gleefully services me each night. There’s always a give and take. Don’t despise women just because you don’t fully understand them.

Hey man, as a 7/10 guy in my 20s I was working night shift at a gas station across from a strip club. The girls would often come in around 2am to buy some snacks before going home. They were hot, but I had a girlfriend and had no interest in trying to hookup. Just focused on being polite and treating them like any other customer. One night the hottest of the pack sent her girlfriend in to give me her number. We ended up being friends later as I was pretty set on my girlfriend (and eventual wife)…

Is this a fake post? Because this is a caricature of what trp prescribes. It isn’t said much, but trp is for beta men. The instructions and knowledge is ultimately suppose to bring you to a balance between the beta and alpha. That persona is what works for men today. If you follow trp to it’s maximal end, you will be a shell of a man, looking to maximize hook ups which is ultimately shallow and meaningless (as this post describes). Find religion and a good therapist. And stop the roids

So you don’t believe in God. Well let me ask you, how do we know something is “living”? We all inherently know what is life and what is not life. Non-life is matter that which obeys the laws of physics, laws that lead to chaos instead of structure. Life is that which organizes from simple to more complex. Life evolves, thwarting every principle and law of physics. But you want me to believe that life somehow just happened by chance. Without a cause. Just an accident of physics. Nope, not buying …

One of tenets of the red pill is that women are hypergamous. That is, they seek out men with money. If you then deny her reasonable access to that money so that you can work less, then she will grow resentful. Similarly a man will grow resentful if he marries a gorgeous woman who refuses him sex because she fears a pregnancy would ruin her figure.

The basic deal in marriage is that the man provides protection and security and the women provides sex and care of the home and kids. The wife requires money (ie a portion of the security the man provides) in order to create a happy home. If you starve her of that resource then she can’t do her job well and will become bitter and contemptful.

There’s no way for you to save like you intend and not put a high level of stress on your wife. Women are designed by God to love and nurture and help their man in any and all ways. They are truly like a flower that will give you endless pleasure if you just let it have sun light and water. Restricting the budget as you suggest is like putting that flower in the cellar. It might survive, but it probably won’t, and if it did it would at its best look sad and weary. Loosen up and live life. I’m mi…

Dude, do those things now. Don’t wait till you retire. Find a job that gives you time to play with the kids, do missions, be charitable, volunteer. I’m a physician that makes over 600k a year. In my practice I’ve continue to find that right after male patients retire or become disabled is when they start to get sick. I conclude that working is a health benefit for men, and so for myself I plan to “work less than full time” starting about the time my last child graduates HS. Being unclean is not sinful. It’s just a state if not being purified. Adultery, by definition, can only occur if the person is married. Now as to God’s design, logically I can’t get around the fact that God designed me to sin. That is, every human, regardless of their knowledge of God or relationship with him, will sin in their life. Not only that, but God designed us where we are actually more likely to choose sinful actions over non-sinful actions (eg lusting after women even when married). Si…

That’s fair enough. But if you’re not married are you even capable of lusting after a girl? God wired you to desire women; you’re operating as designed. I mean seriously, if you don’t masturbate then you’re body will masturbate for you as a wet dream! And did you think about (ie lust) after a girl in that dream? Yep. Because that’s how God designed men. Therefore, not a sin Now when you’re married you’re committed to your wife. And Jesus pretty explicitly states that lusting while married is adu…

Men are the spiritual leader Wrong. Men are the leader (period). Not just in the spiritual realm. Also under “Biblical role definitions” there is no mention of the husbands duty to love their wife and for the wife’s duty to respect her husband and submit to him (and not vice versa). Those are fundamental roles that must be committed to.

Ephesians 5:21 is the general instruction for Christians to submit to other Christians. Then Paul looks at specific relationships where submitting to each other doesn’t make sense (eg husbands and wives, parents and children, masters and slaves) Look at Ephesians 6. Are parents supposed to submit to their children? Are masters supposed to submit to their slaves? No, and neither are husbands supposed to submit to their wives.

One thing I've struggled with is how much time to invest in the kids. By default I spend nearly all my time with or around them, other than being at work or at the gym. I like it and them a lot but find this habit hinders my full RP transition as I miss opportunities to be with other guys and/or develop hobbies. I see the act of submission for a Christian MRP is to submit to God's will for you to lead your wife and family. It's much easier to just be beta and plod along your whole life. But I spend tremendous amounts of time and effort to be the man that God wants me to be and that is an act of submission

I have to disagree with you. What you wrote is the typical mindset of the wife of a unawakened beta Christian husband. To be most clear, I am careful to not disrespect my wife by overtly flirting. It's a subtle flirting with solid eye contact, engaging the other girl in conversation, and displaying a high confidence and SMV. This simultaneously invokes feelings of admiration and subconscious dread that one of these girls could tempt me away from her. BTW, as a Christian RPer never forget that as she is commanded to consciously submit to you, so are you commanded to submit your will to Christ.

As a Christian I'll say that dread works great in Christian marriages. It might help to not think of it as dread but rather as a chance to demonstrate you value to your wife. The nuclear option is also viable for Christians. Let me preface by stating I love my wife and abhor divorce. But in your RP transition you MUST take on a mindset that divorce is a possibility. This point was probably the most difficult aspect of the pill to swallow. However, without this mindset your power as the gatekeepe…

It's a simple read and good way to avoid some early pitfalls. Spend the 1-3 days reading through it. If it speaks to you, great, maybe stop and do all the group activities he suggests. If you're a true alpha that just fell asleep at the wheel, then move straight forward to MMSLP.

Good job with the flirting. Highly encourage getting back in the saddle to build your confidence and up the dread. Don't make flirting too complicated. Besides being decently fit, all you really need is confidence. The number 1 trait of an alpha is confidence and women crave it. Get out of the house and develop a life beyond her and the kids. Flirt with other women. Be the man that everyone wants to be around and watch her mouth drop when she finds women flirting with you. Look the waitress in the eye and believe that she wants you. She has to sense your confidence and inner strength before she is gonna want you on top of her in bed. You may have to start by faking it but within a few weeks of tell yourself you are pretty awesome you will start to believe it. In turn yo…

False accusations of rape should be punished exactly parallel to the alleged crime. If the accused would have gotten 10 years in prison, the false accuser should get 10 years. This is a rape of a man's life and is just as harmful as a rape of the physical body. I would literal cut the balls off of any man whom I knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, raped my daughter. And I'd give her no sympathy if she falsely accused someone and was sent to prison for that atrocity.

I will not apologize for telling the truth, but I will for the way I handled it. Stop apologizing. For anything. Once you've mastered the pill then you can go back to admitting faults but for now everything you do is on point, calculated, shrewd, and flawless. Make that be true both theoretically and in reality. While it's good to embrace the possibility of divorce, I recommend not embracing it as inevitable. You are going to change dramatically and most MRPers find that their wife follows suit …

If they have ears to hear, let them hear. Otherwise keep your trap shut or you'll quickly be labeled a misogynistic manipulative bastard. You'll find your opportunities, but be patient. People already see that you're different, in your presence, your leadership, your calm, your resilience. Maintain frame and the betas WILL follow. Once you're established you can offer tidbits of advice to rock the betaized world with much less risk of retaliation.

This is a great cautionary tale to all MRPers. Don't let your wife get fat. I made many mistakes during my beta years, but one thing I did right was to constantly make it very clear to my wife that I simply would be disgusted with her if she got fat. Will society say you're a jerk for telling her you don't like fatties? Yeah but so what. It's your life, your marriage. Emotional neglect is a BS term made up by feminist to control men. When they can't point to bruises their fall back is EN, which in essence is saying "he didn't show me enough love". It's a nebulous term that can mean anything, and therefore means nothing.

I try not to use the word "dread" because anyone but RPers immediately think you're a manipulative bastard. Instead I tell them I'm showing her a "demonstration of my high value". She can respond to that demonstration with dread, joy, or any other emotion. In fact I question if saying "Dread" is working more in her frame than mine.

Your example makes a lot of sense. What I can't appreciate is the TRP attitude of using up girls by making them plates, them disparage them years later by saying they rode the cock carousel. I have a daughter and simply can't accept that all girls are bad or whores or intent on AF/BB. When raised right with an alpha father and conservative values they can turn out quite well. I still advocate marriage, as long as it's done in an alpha way. Without marriage society would not exist. It's the framework of normalcy which our society depends on and is by far the best way to raise children. As others above have said, those young punks over at TRP need to hear a different opinion ever now and then. I try to skirt the line of not trolling, but I truly find MGTOW a cop-out and truly pathetic.

Yes, this has been the major hurdle to overcome. As anything else, I address the issue head-on. I tell her this is a sexual desire. While it is very comfortable and safe feeling, my desire the entire time is to turn her over and nail her hard . I'm pretty sure that's not what the baby is thinking. I also am sure to not replicate positions she would be familiar with while nursing the baby. I'm a doc. I practice RP everywhere, not just with girls. It's about having confidence in who you are and what you're doing. It's about knowing what you want and expecting to get it. One of my nurses started texting me somewhat sexually explicit stuff. At first I played along with strong and confident statements that skirted a sexual theme, but never crossed the line. My wife "found" the text (after she went looking for dirty deeds in my phone). I wasn't happy. But it was ultimately good because…

For about 2-3 months my wife would occasionally reveal that she was still acting out of fear. I'd reassure her during these intimate times with Beta Comfort. I think its natural because its about power. In an alpha's mind you own your wife. She is yours. You are king, you only accept the best, and you expect complete loyalty. Her sexual activity with another man is cheating, regardless of whether it happened before or after she knew you, because deep inside you know a part of her still desires that other man.

Typically people under 50yo don't get cancer, but there is a rising epidemic of HPV related Head and neck cancer, cervical cancer, anal cancer, along with vulvar and vagina cancer. If you haven't got your wife's best yet it's not because she gave it away to all those other guys. It's because you have not taken it like all those other guys I agree. However, as The Sex God Method points out, a woman will forever be emotionally linked to the men with whom she first had her sexual experiences. Does your wife ever volunteer an apology? If not then she still believes she is the captain. Therefore she will RARELY offer an apology. Women captains are more understanding than men captains as it comes to the power dynamic that leaders don't apologize to those they lead. "My wife never apologizes" is a hallmark of a beta marriage. If you're wondering if your friend's marriage is beta or alpha, just bring up the subject. If they start lamenting how their wife is totally blind to any of her fau…

I think you're right. Much RP theory is explained with evolution but I think it's just natural social dynamics that have nothing to do with evolution. Take hypergamy for instance. Anyone with a lower social or economic status will demonstrate the propensity to betray others of lower status for the opportunity to move up to a higher level. It's simply a risk/benefits decision. Same is true of man's desire for polygamy. If you can be successful with one thing, then the natural next step is to want…

Being alpha is all about confidence, confidence, confidence. An alpha has his life together and isn't going to put up with BS that other people throw at him. Being one of the few guys in the world that get it, alphas know they are a commodity and expect better behavior from others, including their wife. If you can honestly say you have the mindset above than you are Alpha. If not, read, lift, and practice until you do.

See my reply to exbp above. I am not getting the sex nor respect I deserve, so why should I give up what little power I have? If this is true then I agree. She is probably pulling Fitness tests and hamster BS all the time on you. Don't engage her in any of it. Be a stoic, maintain frame, and call out BS when you see it. I agree the husband in the video is beta (mentioned that in the main post). My point for linking the video is only for the few seconds starting at 1:15 where she visibly relaxes having felt understood. The nail is obviously metaphorical. Its an extreme example of the irrationality of women. I also share your frustration in the video's lack of clear condemnation for her stupidity and husband's willingness to engage her in it (makes you feel better that I said it that way, doesn't it). My wife is …

The major differnce in texting for me is that it is documented. There's no escape route if false accusations start to fly which is why I'm stopping and limiting myself to in person flirting.

I think you're completely right if you're acting from a point of insecurity. However if you act from a point of security and are simply checking up on your wife, whom we all know can and will cheat if given the opportunity b/c AWALT, then this is still alpha. You want to find her out before she can wreck you. Same thing as checking the tire pressures before a long car trip.

Flirting/No Flirting aside, you failed the DEER test. What's the DEER test? Is that an acronym or referring to deer in the headlights? You went into full justification and explanation role and tried to rationalize it to your wife, with bullshit like "Oh you flirt too, I was practicing" etc. Guilty. I don't have to deal with many fitness tests and so I tend to immediately respond with explanations/rationalizations. Then when she went full on comfort test with you, you beat her down more. I'm introducing my brother to RP and he sent me this article. I was so proud. This article is a good intro article into RP. Look at all these men who have embraced the new world order of maternity and how their lives are a complete mess. I understand how marriage law is weighted against men, however I think MGTOW is quite pathetic. It's a$$hole alpha, not the kind of alpha I'd ever want to be. How could you think it's an honorable thing to use as many girls as possible just so you can get your rocks off and then later add insult to injury by saying those girls "rode the carousel". There's some suggestion that regular sex during the first trimester improves nausea. Certainly worth a 1-2 week try. My wife has been horribly nauseous with each pregnancy. This last time we figured out to never let her get hot. Also keep her nibbling on foods high in protein (nuts, eggs) throughout the day. Ging…

I wouldn't call it a principle as it is not inherently linked to marriage or life recovery via the RP. My basic view of it is that, as my weekend battle demonstrates, most people are simply not ready for TRP and will consider you scum of the earth for associating with it. My wife has basically given up on covering up for breast-feeding. My young boys have seen more nipple than most senior high schoolers. Yep. The modern divorce is heavily weighted in her favor which makes reconciling with her your best option unless she persistently shows no good faith in responding to your efforts and honoring her marriage vows. While divorce is often considered a win in RP, it is still a failure of a Captain to navigate difficult waters and represents the loss of a crew member, multiple crew members in children are involved. It truly is a wonder why some people would expend so much time and effort to try to disrupt a few anonymous guys on the Internet sharing thoughts and encouragement to try to improve their marriages. You're thinking about it wrong. YOUR SMV is, in part, based on income, yet HERs is not. I used to have this problem. What works for me is to avoid using the muscles exercised in Kegel exercises for as long as possible once I'm inside her. Instead try initially thinking about your dick as a guiding rod that helps you quickly thrust in the same area rather than a pleasure delivery device. This way you are simply ramming her with the area surrounding the base of your penis. This will subsequently stimulate her clitoris and rev her up, but keep you just at a simmer. When you haven't fa…

Dread works great in Christian marriages. It might help to not think of it as dread but rather as a chance to demonstrate your value to your wife. The nuclear option is also viable for Christians. Jamieoneal, great post. I agree on most of your points. I don't want to get in to a religious debate, but I do want to clear up the notion that atheists are inherently more selfish, or even that evolution promotes such a narrow view of only looking out for your immediate family. Thank you DanKwan for having my back. The post is deleted now, but it's hard to imagine how a clap of respect (ie. slow clap) for the excellent OP could have drawn any ire. I suspect it may be from my venture into the blue pill after they posted one of my post on their site last week. See what spending an afternoon writing logical and respectful replies gets you! I'll just consider it an honor for now. Also, thank you mods for deleting whatever they wrote.

I agree. It seems like OP's wife is already making a genuine effort. If her issue is mostly self-consciousness, then drug game may make this even worse. My wife has always been very sexually conservative. After 10+ years of marriage I still haven't had a chance to go down on her, but we're working on it and making great strides now but I'm RP. Recently we made a lot of headway when she described how she feels "strange "when I touch her downstairs or on the nipples. It dawned on me that "strange"…

Sorry, but my reply was too long so I'm posting the rest here: Practicing Christians Okay, now here is where you have an advantage over the rest of the guys on this forum. Christianity is very RP so you already have leverage over her. Welcome brother! I'm a Christian and am thrilled to have the chance to share some insight into the Christian RP experience. RP works as a Christian, but some tailoring of the message is required. I certainly don’t claim to have it all figured out, but I think my experiences may help. (true dread game won't work per se) Wrong. Dread works great in Christian marriages. It might help to not think of it as dread but rather as a chance to demonstrate you value to your wife. For example, I recently po…

Going through this myself. When we married we were both virgins and couldn't physically have sex for the first 10 days of our marriage. Vag was just too tight. I'll tell ya, it was awkward having to go to the GYN to get vagina dilators during our honeymoon. After RP we've gone from deadbedroom to heavy amount of vanilla bedroom. Yet after 10+ years I've always been blocked from laying a finger on her downstairs area and she cringes if I spend any amount of time kissing her breasts (doesn't mind …

Thank you for this post! You inspired me to be sure to be completely dominant in bed tonight. She responded positively to every command. My former beta wouldn't have believed it, but it actually relaxed her. And sex. Sex was loud. I wasn't even trying that much, but was sure to be vocally and physically dominant. If you could somehow bottle RP and sell it, a person could be a millionaire over night.

Hey, don't feel bad. My wife has asked for a divorce three separate times during our 10+ year marriage. Probably the only thing that ever kept us married was me telling her she's being ridiculous and refusing to even entertain her hamster. In hindsight these were fitness tests. Huge fitness test that basically said: pass this test or we're through. I passed it, despite being very beta at the time, and so she was going to hang on till my alpha finally awoke from its slumber. But despite them bein…

I'm a doc. Try getting her to drink coffee. Coffee helps most people be more productive and stick to tasks. She might have female ADHD. People with ADHD often do not like coffee because it tastes like crap and doesn't give them the kick that most people get. Instead it acts just like a stimulant like Ritalin or Adderall. But that's a good thing because, again, it will get her disorganized mind focused and she'll be more on task. As Bluepillprofessor said, this is outside the realm of RP, but I h…

I'm a Christian. While much of RP is based on an evolution viewpoint, Red Pill philosophy is much in line with biblical doctrine. Consider these bible passages: Ephesians 5:22 Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord 1 Peter 3:1 Wives, in the same way submit yourselves to your own husbands so that, if any of them do not believe the word, they may be won over without words by the behavior of their wives, 2 when they see the purity and reverence of your lives. Agree with everything the other posts are saying. While being an introvert is largely fixed, it is very achievable to be extroverted for large periods of time to get your RP powers working. Several times in my life I've found out that an extroverted casual friend was actually very introverted when I got to know him better. Just remember, every new interaction is a new opportunity to establish a frame with a person (friend, coworker, guy at Starbucks). Make the choose to be what you need to be to…

Agree. It's like climbing a mountain. You can play it safe on the kiddie slopes by being a MGTOW, or you can risk treacherous cliffs for the chance to have a more meaningful and fulfilling life with a lifelong companionship, someone who has your back and works to support your life purposes (assuming you bring her up RP). Also, it is nearly impossible for the MGTOWs to spin enough plates to get as much sex as us marriedredpill guys get on a regular basis (and they have to use condoms, which I hat…

It's an RP standard to never refuse sex. So he needs to do some more reading. That being said, don't go telling him that he needs change his ways. Your job is to be supportive, encouraging, and nudge him in the right direction every now and then. But every man, alpha or beta, will always resist a woman telling him what to do.

Do not EVER turn down your wife when she initiates sex. This is a pretty standard RP concept. Instead ride her hard. Take out your aggression on her pussy. Do NOT, I repeat do NOT care if she has an orgasm. If you follow this advice and give her strong, rough sex, you will have her moaning and wanting to come back for more. If you turn her down you are a mindless chump. Also, stop fapping. It takes away the natural buildup of testosterone and will make you more beta AND your dick won't get hard …

Strategos is right, at least if you are set on the paced, methodical route of beta->alpha transition. Thank you for those very good points. On the other hand, I chose the fast route and demanded an apology for a similar matter very early in my transition. This led to a huge confrontation. You're right. But so much of RP is based on evolutionary theory (at least as I understand it right now being a newbie). To me it seems going MGTOW is a scheme that will backfire on you eventually. I understand your level 10 to be the time that you give an ultimatum "fuck me or fuck you". She choose the right path so never had to cheat (and never would have because I am truly hopeless in love with my wife and mother of my children; that's not RP but simply true). Don't know the best time for no fap. But I know it helped tremendously in my case. Again, hope my experiences help.

Thank you for working on this material. It's a noble thing to want to improve your fellow man. I am about 4 weeks into my RP transition. The RP knowledge to me was like a jailor coming to my jail cell, unlocking the door and simply saying "You're free to go". I was already good looking, fit, highly successful, great dad. My main flaw was allowing my natural alpha nature to be betaized by fatherhood. With rapidly improving, but in hindsight very little, knowledge of RP strategy I embarked on chan…

En_sigma, thank your reply I am hesitant to let her off the hook during pregnancy. Isn't the RP mindset that women are always this way to various degrees? I certainly agree pregnancy is harder for her, but don't have a good sense of how easy or hard I should approach the RP transition with her. And I don't want to have the mindset of fear towards her emotions. That is the life I had been living for 10+ years

"My dick says otherwise" I will definitely be working that into a conversation in the future Yeah, rank is a new concept for me which is why I wanted to ask you all about it. Still feeling it out but I think it does help put some things into context. Thank you for your comments

If you're going to go with amused mastery, I suggest you get the girls from work to all write their numbers down on scraps of paper for you. Take a picture of them and send it to her preceded by the words "That's cute, someone gave you their number".

Yes, I have not been doing a good job at good beta. In part that was purposeful to show off my new mindset and establish dominion. I have spent so much time as an alpha in beta clothing that this new freedom to be ME is repulsed at any beta actions. Will work on my good beta and keep reading

RP guy here. Great question. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT offer your insight into the process. This is henpecking and is extremely annoying to any man, alpha or beta. The only exception is if you can manage to do it covertly or extremely meekly. For example if an application needs to be turned in timely, get the application and fill it out for him, then simply leave it on his desk. He will appreciate your assistance (not control) and will feel safe to start a conversation on how to optimize the appl…

I made the RP transition during pregnancy. During the first week of the transition I didn't like her continual disrespect so I gave her the silent treatment. Within 2 hours she was crying and apologetic and basically willing to do whatever I asked of her. I had broken her with just TWO hours of standing up for myself. (FYI the nice guy I was shedding was EXTREMELY anxious about doing anything so ostensively mean but I had faith in the RP knowledge and everything turned out just fine). Yeah, preg…
