Simmer down Junior. Stop trying to flex on the internet, no one is impressed. You're just making my point that you're an intellectually challenged amoeba.

Riiiiight "Castor would later testify that he made the decision to not prosecute Cosby criminally because of what he called “defects in the case,” notably that Constand waited to come forward. He was also concerned that there wasn’t enough evidence to convict. In Castor’s view, Constand’s delay both diminished the reliability of any recollections and undermined the investigator’s efforts to collect forensic evidence. He also said he found inconsistencies in Constand’s statements." (https://www.m…

Hopes and dreams buddy, none of that matters. He is free due to the appellate court making him a free man, that's how our justice system works. If you don't like it there's always China where opinion is what lands people in jail.

OK I'll make sure to take everything you just said to heart "Daddylongshlong". Yo sound like a super reliable and intelligent source.

The legal system has to be fair to everyone. He didn't admit committing a crime and should have never been prosecuted. He is not guilty in the eyes of the law because the prosecutors acted wrongfully in charging him at all.

It was overturned on the basis he should have never been prosecuted.

One of the women paraded around as a witness of past bad acts: "The case is a lawsuit brought by a woman who says the comedian forced her to perform a sexual act in 1974, when she was 15 years old."

That's not an admission of guilt, sorry but it just isn't. I get that your "opinion" is he should be in jail, but your opinion doesn't matter here, the facts do.

By that same token, I guess if someone makes a rape allegation 40 years later they should be believed no matter what?

The question isn't relevant, he has denied and still denies raping anyone.

There must be something mentally wrong with you. His conviction was overturned, you could talk all day about theoreticals, but none of that shot matters. What matters is the ruling of the appellate court.

I'm not on trial and neither is Cosby anymore, conviction was overturned.

That is not an admission that he raped anyone. 40 year old rape accusations have no place in a court of law. It's ludicrous they were even heard at all.

I hate to say this and mind you, not all of them will let this overlap with their professionalism; but women are emotional. That’s why in my opinion in general they don’t make good police officers and in this case attorneys. You will have a hard time finding a man who lets his emotions get in the way of his work. braces himself for the downvote storm
