Not really. The researchers concluded that, based on the survey responses, 40% of men had experienced sexual assault/harassment. This is all based on the researchers' presumption that certain responses are in and of themselves indicative of them being victims of sexual assault. These men were never asked the point blank question "do you think you've ever been sexually assaulted/harassed"?

They did survey men, actually. They still somehow got about 40% whose responses indicated they were "sexually assaulted/harassed". I guarantee that the number who actually think they were harassed is far less than 40%.

Men were given the study, more men than women in fact, and something like 40% "reported being sexually assaulted/harassed". Now, did they actually ask the simple question "Do you believe you've ever been sexually assaulted/harassed"? No. To your point, I bet very few of those men would say yes.

These people have been taught to be fragile rather than anti-fragile. It's a societal issue at this point that so many people are such shitty parents that they raise weak minded and weak willed children.

This study got a bullshit number because they used a bullshit survey. Read this list of questions and tell me if you think they are all indicative of sexual assault/harassment: Someone whistling, honking, making kissy noises, “Pssst” sounds, or leering/staring aggressively at you. Someone saying things like, “Hey Baby,” “Mmmm Sexy,” “Yo Shorty,” “Mami/Mamacita,” “Give me a smile,” or similar comments in a way that is disrespectful and/or unwanted and/or made you feel unsafe. Someone calling you …

The people clinging to Crazy Heard not being the abuser are shocking. You can only believe that if you know none of the actual evidence from that trial.

My God! You mean to tell me a woman married less than 3 years isn't entitled to live off a man she divorced forever?! Whatever will strong, independent women do to survive? Being so strong and independent and smarter and better in every way than a man, but somehow also absolutely dependent on some man for survival, I am sure they will find a way.

A man didn't hype them to be expensive, DeBeers ran an insanely successful advertising campaign targeting WOMEN and created a global monopoly on supply. Demand skyrocketed. Supply was fixed. Prices went up. Not shocking that simple economics and feminism don't mix.

The second this insane person asks "How could only a few men do this" the obvious counter is: exactly, how could only a few do this? It's almost like you've just undercut your entire presupposition. I guarantee if pressed, this person would say "oh well I don't men ALL men". So if it's not all men, and the crux of your argument is its a system that only can be sustained if its all men, then the oppressive system doesn't exist and you're just a twat.

She's wrong about one thing. Women aren't suffering all the costs. It's a classic case of the Pareto principle. Women approaching sex as casually as men leads to a small proportion of men having a large portion of the sexual partners and some men having no sexual partners aka incels. Incels weren't a thing 50 years ago. This is because most women, to the lady's point, exhibited restraint when it came to engaging in sexual activities.

One need not beat a woman making unwanted advances to prevent her from grabbing at your junk. Was he physically overpowered? He wasn't under the influence of anything. Why did he not leave? If he really didn't want the sex AT ALL, then he could have left. This story is sus from top to bottom. That's also not even factoring in the awful grammar from start to finish that requires the reader to fill in a lot of gaps.

Based on the story provided, yes. Just because men can be and are raped doesn't mean this claim is credible by default. I don't believe all men just like I don't believe all women.

This story screams fake to me. Or there are just some very important details omitted. How does she unzip his pants and get his dick out without him allowing it? Or getting on top of him and riding his dick? Is he a small, frail man and she's a crazy strong, big woman?

I get this host was trying to be nice but she could have asked even more direct and pointed follow up questions. Like, if women start doing all these things that men are doing, who is going to do the things that women are doing now, which I'm sure you believe is not only essential but underpaid/valued. It would have to be men right? If no, how is the world going to suddenly become 100% more productive such that you could literally have women do all the jobs? Do you believe that there isn't one m…

I feel like saying abortion should be restricted to only the first 12 weeks being described as "pro-life" ignores the three moths worth of choice provided to the pregnant woman and its a false dichotomy. And before anyone says otherwise, rape and incest cases could also be handled inside the first 12 weeks and if the woman decides for whatever reason to keep said pregnancy, power to her. Only other caveat is allowances for developmental disorders during the pregnancy that cannot be detected insi…

Depends on the forum. I've reached a point I'm just not going to let people get away with saying their nonsensical woke bullshit anymore without challenging it. It can be done in a way that isn't hostile so you don't come across looking like a jerk. The whole reason this woke nonsense has gotten to the point that it has is people kept ignoring it and letting people get away without challenging their awful, weak ideas.
