I have a question, maybe someone can enlighten me…so I’m a two party consent state/place you need their consent to record, but what happens if you are in a public place? Reason I ask is that in public there is no reasonable expectation of privacy for photography and video, so couldn’t the same be said for a public place recording?

It’s not accurate to you, but it is accurate. Yes, women do get hit on more often, and they have more options…but that doesn’t mean they are GOOD options. Think of it like this, I go to a steak house, but I’m vegan, there may be 200 options for food, but that doesn’t mean I have 200 options to eat, as the menu only has 10 things that would be acceptable for a vegan. So while it may seem I have unlimited options, when you boil it down by many, many factors, I really only have a small handful.
