There's no 100% solution but you can do this: - HPV and Hep B shots, vasectomy - PReP for HIV - Antibacterial at home for emergency pain (go to doctor soon after). These will handle Clamydia, Gono, and Syphillis (and a bunch of less severe/talked about ones like Trichomiases) - Super Gono, Hep A/C, and a few others are quite rare unless you stick your tongue in a girl's ass or get really unlucky Final boss is Herpes. We don't have any preventatives for that one. If you get it you can suppress it…

They're all assholes in my head. I always imagine them at their very worst and dehumanize them so that I'm fully desensitized. I'm very self aware old BP conditioning will slip out if I dont do this. Sounds harsh but I think I agree with you. It's so easy to want to be "nice" like some inner illness we all naturally have. But if you look at them like disgusting filth everything becomes so easy. I'm on PReP for HIV prevention. I also have vaccines for Hep B and HPV. So now my risks are Gonorrhea, Clamydia, Syphilis. Anti-bacterials can kill these off Herpes. You can only suppress this one with a cyclovir after infection. Doctors regularly downplay minor infections since 80% of the population has HSV1. HSV2 is nastier though, more likelyhood of outbreaks There's super gono but it's extremely rare and multi drug treatments can beat it. Also I have a vasectomy

Ya that self deprecation can get you. Easy to do it too because its a low risk laugh compared to razzing someone else.
