I used to be a heroin addict. I was addicted for many years. Often quitting and subsequently relapsing. The real key to staying quit is will power, you just have to want to stop bad enough. Smoking is the same. I've smoked for a long time as well, often quitting and relapsing. I haven't quit yet.. But these past couples months I've been getting closer to finally making that decision.
