If this girl makes you feel happy to be alive, you can express that by building something, learning music, learning a skill like programming or farming, making your house better... or anything else. A bunch of gooey words is meaningless. Women know that. True Romance is helping a guy on his mission, whatever that is. Find a mission + invite her on an errand with you. Make it light, casual and interesting. Last night I was with a girl and she was checking how one of my apps worked on her phone. A…

It's good you wrote up your negative experiences. It takes a kind of strength to talk about bad times publicly. You could join a meetup.com group for writers, or some local FB groups. FB groups helped my social life a lot. Now you've got that off your chest, I would go on AskTRP and ask them to help you strategize. I'd lift even harder and start playing an instrument, maybe bass. If you're thinking about women too much they will sense it.

That comes across as weak imo, and it’s left to their goddess attitude to determine our fate. That just seems unsure to me. I can see that point of view. OTOH it can come across as indifferent, powerful, and low pressure. It lets them chase you from the start. It's normally worked for me.

If you're worried about asking for a girl's number, it's easier to say "here's my FB/number" call me sometime. It's less pressure for them.

I would've said, "no worries, here's my number/FB. Say hi if you change your mind." I don't always ask for girl's numbers, just give them my FB. It gives them a chance to think about it and stalk you on social media before contacting.

All that info is googleable, and there are other subreddits to ask for specific advice. I know wheatgerm has a ton of protein. If you have computer skills, I'd go to a local gym or FB group, and offer an hour of programming training for an hour of exercise advice. A lot of bodybuilders eat chicken as a staple.

I dunno why people are making a big deal about it. Your friend asked so it's alright. Give him the link to this sub, Black Dragon's site, Rollo Tomassi's blog, Chase Amante's site etc and tell him to do his own reading. Never debate anything with him for hours or even longer than 5 minutes if he's still programmed, If he reacts badly to anything, ignore it. I've shot myself in the foot talking about trp concepts to groups of people. I'll never be dumb enough to do that again, lol. But if a frien…

I'm not big, but I'm doing my best to gain muscle now. Dips are good for developing the chest. Hindu pushups helped me a lot. Pull ups are good for developing the arms. Marines do pullups and they get huge. I also do a modified pushup where I do 1-2 normal pushups, then go into yoga cobra pose, then up into yoga dog pose/pike plank. Seems to develop my core a lot. If bodyweight ever gets too easy, move weight onto one arm. I do squats and cycling for my legs. Diet is a big part of it. Gert Louw …

As a junior you shouldn't be putting your foot down about anything unless it's something serious like abuse. I just started at a new place. I hate some of the paperwork, but I suck it up and just get on with it. Dominance/trp isn't about winning every argument. It'd be better for you if you were the quiet, fluid guy who just did the job he was supposed to do, and rose through the ranks like Jon Snow. That's not weakness, it's patience and strategy. Am I an idiot for preferring monogamy? No. But how do you know she's keeping her word on her side? What if you stayed honorable, and you found out 3 years later she'd been seeing other guys?

Yup, It could easily be 2-3 guys a week, but my calculator would break. Rollo Tomassi wrote a story about a waitress getting with a 27 year old blue pilled guy and lying to him about her past. He wrote about husbands finding out the true n-count of their wives and divorcing them. Can't find the link now. If a girl wants to sleep with a lot of guys, OK. But when an ex-slut locks down a 30-year-old man into faux-monogamy that she probably won't even honor, she's robbing him of his best years.

All I know is there are a lot of men in the States, in bars, who start touching too early. They need better advice. Have a nice day!!!!

For Autistics: If you start to touch her and she recoils it was TOO EARLY. I never touch early. I was talking about other people who misread badly written PUA advice. If you call anyone autistic you come off like a sneering coward. Widespread heavy metal contamination and poisoned food has made a lot of people autistic. If I met a borderline autistic guy I'd try and help them. A 5 - 7 hour date is too long I used to do those in my bluepill days and still enjoy them but they are not optimal for O…

What time frame are you talking about? From the way some posters talk, it sounds like they're doing it over a 20 minute span. I normally escalate over 5-7 hours, that's fine by me. I think some inexperiienced guys misread the information here, escalate quickly over 30 minutes and burn down women. I had a friend who went to the States and rejected a lot of guys in bars. When I asked her why, one of the first things she said was "They started touching too early."

I guess I try to slightly change mine whenever I'm gaming as to become more alluring to females where as he keeps his the same. Women will be able to sense you're gaming if you put on a front, even slightly. Your friend comes across as authentic and that is super-attractive to women.

Then figure that they are probably rounding those figures down. Could be higher than 25-40. One guy a month from 18 to 25, seven years, is 84 guys. When a 27 year old guy marries a 27 year old woman the guy is getting a terrible deal.

I always did something similar to Roosh. It worked for me. I don't day approach often but I use similar tactics to him on a date. A couple of times I lost a girl by not escalating quick enough, but other times, it worked fine. I just chat to them and completely ignore their looks. I let them know I have a gf or two, which intrigues them, but I ignore all questions about my relationships. On a good day it means they don't understand why I'm not into them and they try and sell themselves to me. Mo…

dominance, leadership, assertiveness etc, stating that they don't like seeing "how the sausage is made" (obviously this only happens if people have known the old you). Dominance, leadership, assertiveness are natural in-built male traits that we're born with. They just get socialized out of us by TV propaganda, bad food, lack of exercise and social conditioning. I did fine with women when I was in my teens to mid-twenties. Then I put on a few kilos. I used to work at a place where I was a little…

Muscles are an indicator of health and determination. Women are looking for the strongest, healthiest, quick-witted guy they can find to have a child, protect them in old age or just show them a good time. Lusting after muscles isn't shallow, it's an inbuilt long-term self-preservation instinct, like big breasts are supposed to show a women can provide a lot of nutrients for a child. Steroids and silicone can fool our natural instincts, but they are still there. Resenting biological programming …

Yeah that is my average, 5-7 hours, and normally over 2 dates. Girls I have laid quicker, like in less than an hour, have been my worst memories. Some I have waited 3 dates... Guys on these forums boasting that they lay girls in 2-3 hours and always on the first date are probably the 150th guy she's slept with. Changing venues a lot in 7 hours speeds things up.
/r/seduction31/03/18 10:39 AM

I wouldn't necessarily hold women in contempt for this, however, because they are most often slaves to their biology. Sure, some of the more cunning ones are fully aware of their actions, but most are as confuse by their biological instincts as the majority of men are. It must go back to African Savannah programming. They fear being thrown out of the tribe to starve when they're older and no longer "useful". Even my ex-girlfriend said "women have an expiry date." So dating for a woman is fun, bu…

You learn music one song at a time. Art one painting at a time. Acting one play... seduction one woman at a time. Or two if you're really lucky. The lessons you learn with one girl: don't escalate too fast/slow, always stay cool, amused mastery, be a leader, will carry over to the next ones. This sub helps dozens or hundreds of guys avoid mistakes every day. You seem over-invested in this sub, which is even dumber than over-investing in a girl. Look on the bright side. What percentage of people do you like to be around? 10%, 5%, 1%? Even if you only liked 1% of people, that still means, in a city of 100,000 people, that you'd have 1000 people to potentially be close friends with. You only need 5-10 close friends + 10-20 acquaintances for a happy life. You could find those 1000 people on meetup.com or a specialist Facebook group for your area. A group like: "Bodybuilding in (your city)". If those groups don't exist, start one. I feel li…

I sent the confirmation text at 12:30am last night so she was prolly sleeping. Sent another conf message an hour or so ago: "Hey... please confirm by lunchtime, because I have to plan my evening. Thanks!" I have always been cool with flaking cos I get that sometimes people really get sick or whatever. If something came up she should've canceled this morning, and I would've been fine. That's what I was looking for: This is the standard cool cat, emotionally neutral, “no skin off my nose” response. This response, and the “no response” response below, should be the default go-to options for guys who don’t know what they’re doing. It’s better to invest in fundamental, low risk, conservative game than to potentially fuck it up by diversifying into high flying techie game where you are thinking too much and sending some overwrought, try-hard text in reply. Is the cool cat response…

OK, cool. Good point. I realized most people could go out and check their smartphone, but I arrange most dates from a desktop computer as I don't use apps... so I guess my question looks strange. So just wait until she answers, or flakes, then go silent if she flakes? Yeah, I guess she deserves it. I've soft nexted girls before and seen how powerful it is. They start blowing up your phone as soon as you stop talking. I forgot to mention I don't have any apps on my smartphone, and the other girls live on over the other side of the city, so it's hard to go out and wait for a confirmation... but I have her number so I could text her. This girl did you a favor by showing you the true face of hypergamy when you are young and free. Some guys don't get that lesson until after 15-20 years of marriage and a quarter million dollar divorce. That 180 you described is called "The Light Switch". They talk about it on TRP forums. When women act up, the most powerful move in all circumstances is to remove attention. You should just ghost her, she doesn't deserve any better. You get those first 3-4 girls by talking to maybe 30-40, depending on what your ratios are. Charisma is a vague term but its googleable. Tons of guides online where they breakdown the specifics. They call it monk mode. Taking a month or two off to focus on a mission is a good idea. I did it this winter as it was cold and damp. No one should spend all day thinking about women. The paradox is, once you take time off to focus on life goals, women notice the glow and become attracted to you. ha.

haha right. And the presumption that she'll be around to marry him in a few years if he decides he wants her. She obviously rates him if she's inviting friends over for a threesome. Maybe he'll dump her and marry a "clean living" girl who lies through her teeth about her history. lol.

Definitely give her some space. If you're hugging her a lot, your intentions can't be as low key as you think. I'd get away for a few days, or even a couple of weeks, and be working on 4-5 other girls so you don't think of her too much. If you're into a girl but don't make a move within a certain amount of time, they can go cold. So cool it off, and wait for her to hopefully reinitiate. When you talk again, be less low key, if you feel she's receptive again.

In this case I would keep paying. It's not an ideal situation but sounds fun. It's only before you've slept with them that you should never buy dinner. It's a little unequal, I'd try and fix it long term. Try and not buy dinner, and do drinks instead. I would google things to do in your local area, you might be surprised. I like nature spots, parks, streets with lots of interesting shops + musicians. It's up to you to make a mundane place seem special. Even a coffee shop is OK if you are not forking out for a full meal for two.
/r/seduction15/03/18 12:31 AM

I guess. Not sure what you're getting at. Most dates will end in sex on the first or second night. It's just a lot easier to treat it as a date because for some girls the words hook-up will trigger their defenses. It can be hard to recover from that. They need to tell themselves they are not hooking up and "it just happened", even though the end result is the same. YMMV.
/r/seduction14/03/18 04:52 PM
1

The line is very blurred. Most girls will say "Im not looking for a hookup." but that could change if your game is good. Treat it as a date, so as not to trigger her defenses. But don't buy anything expensive like a meal, and escalate fairly quick over 1-2 dates.
/r/seduction14/03/18 03:13 PM

Exactly! Especially on TRP. I see way too many people coming on here trying to either brag or talk shit to others acting as if they’re Alpha. Whenever someone gets too cocky life will come along and swipe them to teach them some humility. It's the way of the world. Lay count is an idiotic metric. Anyone can next their way through a hundred Tinder or bar sluts. So what? It's quality women that you want to attract and keep. One of them is worth 10-20 normals. I think it's fine you said you were nervous, it shows honesty. Sometimes girls can get turned off by an ultra-smooth player who comes off like he does 100 approaches a day. Really defeats the purpose though dont you think No, I don't. Sometimes soft and slow is good if you're working with a high quality woman who is constantly getting bombarded with offers for sex. No one is gonna want to hang out with someone like you at your current vibration. 3 - People way older (40+) trying to fit in with younger kids, repulsive tbh.... lol. I'm in my mid-thirties and have lots of early 20s friends. One of the most exciting people I ever hung out with was an ex-naval intelligence officer who was 70+. The funniest and most connected guy I ever met. Iron Maiden are late fifties, Metallica early fifties. AC/DC jacked it in at near 70. Ge…

The same way you win most mind-games, by not playing. He sounds insecure. Why are you hanging out with them if she is taken? Remove your presence from them, work on your mission/goals and find different friends. If he needs to attack other people he's not a true alpha, just a sadcase with issues.

It depends who you're sleeping with. If you're having endless sex with women who don't float your boat, its a waste of time. Players remorse, they call it. OP, you could seek out women who really rock you deep down in your soul, and go for them. Better one 9 then ten 7s. Relationships are shallow, life has no inherent purpose, there's a whole lot of needless conflict and rules, 99% of which aren't even equally applicable so it's worthless to abide or even learn about them... Don't project your m…

The best way to deal with a test is to completely ignore it but I guess you knew that. Winning by not engaging. Plus having the options to be able to walk away at any time. I think tests are also an unconscious check to see if you'll be a good father. If you can deal with her outbursts, you can draw the line with kids too.

A 34yo going for a 19yo girl is a creep, plain and simple. A respectable 34yo man knows very well that there is a huge power differential and would realise how predatory it is to go after 19yo girls. Outside of this sub, in the real world, this is pretty common knowledge. Men who can't keep up with their peers need to go after the less experienced and more vulnerable. It's creepy af. Why are you blaming the guy? It takes two people to go on a date. 19 and 34 are close to their respective gender …

I completely disagree. Beauty comes with a different set of problems, but they are very minor compared to the problems of being ugly. Beauty also comes with a lot of advantages, whereas being ugly has almost no advantages at all. At least two beautiful girls I know have said to me that they 'don't like women'... cos they're always being backstabbed by them. Girls often hate women that are more beautiful than them. Female whisper campaigns are more vindictive and drawn out than a simple man V man…

Would it be presumptuous to claim that this is probably the case for many men, globally? No, this is how I feel. I have dated a few Muslim girls but they only wear hijabs sometimes. We go to bed, make out and foreplay for probably waaay to long. Women rarely think foreplay lasts too long. Quick foreplay is one of their most common complaints. Epic. I'll put that on my wall. One trick I use is to mentally morph into other characters. What's odd is that the world is giving you all this feedback that you're doing it wrong, but you're completely ignoring it. I would never ever say anything sexual to a girl when opening, or rarely on a first date unless they are obviously up for it. I never complement girls in their 20s on anything physical until I know them a while. If I wanted to escalate I'd talk about watching a movie, going to hot springs or maybe just hugging.

Looking at it logically... "Where are you from?" and "Have you ever been to Brazil." are 'canned questions'. I asked a girl what she wanted to be when she was 5 years old yesterday, and it sparked a massive conversation about design and her ambitions. 1 or 2 of these questions per date are enough.

The good side to this... if she sleeps with you on the first night, she might've done this with 100 other guys. If she needs a second or third date, she could have a lower head count. Ukeleles are absolutely not original. Hipsters have already done them to death. Its true that girls probably like them but I literally couldnt push myself to behave like such a loser. Ukes might be over-saturated in the States but they are relatively unknown in other parts of the world. It's difficult to know what's happening without seeing exactly who said what. In general disrespect is a normal part of life. Someone will always test you. Best to ignore and avoid it. What would Slash, Elon Musk or Johnny Depp do if someone disrespected them? Walk away. I doubt they'd waste time arguing.

Im in my 30s too. I normally take them to a nature spot. Anywhere with trees, water and people milling around. Before I used to go to art galleries, or concerts. I like to walk round a city, cos that stimulates conversation. For sit down dates (not recommended) a cosy cafe + wine is good. I would buy alcohol for girls, just not a huge meal.

What about social status? A lot of that comes from your inner sense of worth. Buy a Ukulele and start working out. I have never had much money, and always did alright with girls. I rarely buy girls more than an iced-tea on a date... If she suggests dinner I say I'll eat early on my own. You only need money if you want to be beta-tracked. i.e. mundane sex in return for paying her bills long term and being cheated on. You don't need money, but yes, you do need to increase your 'worth'. That takes …

I used to think similarly when I was 22. Seduction is a dance. When you're in a ballroom, the quickest way to get from one side of the room to the other is to walk briskly... so why waste time dancing?

Well I have never been cheated on before. Also the girls I aate always say they are a one man an type of girl. Also every girl I have dated was a virgin or has been with one guy. How do you any of this is true if you only have their word? Especially in LA. They "always say they're a one man type of girl"... that's what every girl says. Im not trying to be harsh, but how do you know they aren't lying? There was another guy from LA on here who said the average notch count of a 20 year old girl fro…

How do you know they're telling the truth? Women swear they don't have other guys and they don't cheat. They spin a story about how they've "been hurt". Then they go and cheat. That's life.

I need to learn this. I nearly lost a girl over summer (in fact I did lose her for 2 months) by being the guy who was always there on FB, available to chat. I went from guy-in-the-neighbourhood-who-she-was-really-attracted-to, down to FB-beta-boy-orbiter in the space of 3 weeks. Damn! Will never make that mistake again.

Ask out 3-5 girls at the same time so you are busy with a few, and don't even have time to fixate on one. Never sit around waiting for a girl. I messaged 6 last night and got 2-3 dates. In blast mode you are too busy opening the next one to even care what the first one said. Then maybe 30 minutes later you have a couple of responses. If one ignores you, so what? "Hey, what are you doing on Sunday, do you want to go to [PLACE]." Just keep it simple.

All you have to do to is ask questions WITHOUT GIVING YOUR UNSOLICITED OPINION. For example, ask what she's studying in college. If she says Pre-Med, don't say, "that's awesome! youre prob pretty smart then." Instead, say, "Ok. Is it hard?" This is excellent advice. Just a subtle change, but it could have a massive effect on the direction of the conversation. Not giving opinions, and keeping asking, makes things more mentally intimate quickly.

It might not make 100% sense. We're talking chick logic here, not pure reasoning. lol. But srsly... if you go to pieces over a girl, it shows you lack control, detachment and discipline. How can you help her steer her ship through life without those qualities?

It's just a lesson. "My (ex) boyfriend sucks" is chick-code for "I want to fuck." You should have let her vent at first, then at your place turn her attention to more fun things. "Ah, forget about him, lets [watch a movie] or whatever. If you're feeling cocky you could try "Jeez you are so boring, quit whining lady." That'd proably work if you balanced the tone right. Women indulge in their emotions too much. They need us to be a rock/oak tree.

Its more a cautonary tale. Never lose frame, and don't be the beta chump. Women need strength in a man. If a guy gets obsessed over them, he'll never be able to deal with an irate bank manager, or any of the other problems that might come during a 40 year marriage. If she's only looking for a ONS, an obsessed beta won't be strong or dominant enough to throw her around like she wants. Hypergamy is harsh but (un)fair.

You might hate it now but you'll love it in 10-20 years when you are still laying young women that your friends can't. I get estimated 5-10 years below my real age. I went out with a girl who was a fair bit younger than me last Tuesday. She was pinging me on FB. How could I say no? Grow some stubble, lift and buy a guitar/ukulele to offset your young looks. Then laugh about it and show them some ID.

It's an example of a non-material possession or skill being more attractive to women than something material. Women get wet for money, but a fast car could be a sign of arrogance. The driver could be 300,000 in debt cos of that car. Women know that.

I think you're still doing fine with that 20 year old. Why are you writing it off as a failure? You escalated after 10 minutes, FFS. Only rock stars can do that. Black Dragon noted you never get punished for escalating. i.e. they will reject you, but still want to see you again. I'd go out with her again, and expect 5 hours chatting, maybe a second date, before you get lucky. You could tell her you're sorry, you realized she's too young for you, and you should just hang out and do yoga together.

Good that you're writing about your failures and laughing about it, Im sure you'll do well. Thats b6/b12, not b3. Each B Vit has a different limit. Plus there's so much misinformation running around, its hard to comment. The RDAs were set during World War II, as the minimum amounts necessary to avoid extreme nutritional deficiencies. The RDA for Vit C, for example, is 60mg. Most people take 500 - 1,000mg of Vit C per day nowadays, if they supplement.

Any advice for guys like me who have a strong frame during interactions, but have a hard time achieving this level of carelessness? With respect, your frame can't be that strong if you still care. Yeah hahah I agree it's more efficient face-to-face. I started using dating apps to 'save time'. When I factored in all the wasted conversations with other girls, I realized I was doing on average 2 hours texting per meeting. That's a lot. Apps have made a lot of guys too shy to approach during the day, so there's even more opportunities.

You mean if a girl cancels and doesn't reschedule you'll still ask her out again? I normally leave them alone after that, but sometimes I've persisted and it's been worth it. Postponing a date by one week is no bad thing. Could be a family problem, work, illness, or even the call of nature. If a girl does that to me I always go "No worries, I'm busy too" whether that's true or not. I normally try to make it true. Instead of "giving up" or pursuing her, just find something else to do.
